(hey guys, this is gonna be a short chapter and i'm sorry but i'm sick and i have a lot of homework:/ but i promise the other chapters will be longer)
katie's pov
mads barged into my house house with tears in her eyes and she was out of breath.
i ran over to her and hugged her, then when i pulled away, i gave her a confused look.
"he-he b-b" she started to say, but her sobs interrupted her
"who did what?" i asked while trying to calm her down
"j-jaden b-broke up w-" she said, but her sobs interrupted her again
"jaden broke up with you?" i asked, kinda shocked because they were doing perfectly fine that morning
she nodded her head and then cried in my shoulder. i just stood there and comforted her, while she cried.
"wanna go get some food from target?" i asked, knowing she LOVES target
she picked her head up and nodded while still crying, but i could see a slight grin on her face

"wanna get snacks and a movie?" i asked mads, who wasn't crying anymore
"sure" she said in a sad tone
"hey, pick your head up babygirl! you are THE MOST beautiful person i know and he DOES NOT deserve you!" i screamed
she always loves it when i hype her up, so she just giggled and then we continued walking, but this time, she had a smile on her face
"we should take pictures that we can post and make jaden jealous!" mads suggested
i playfully shook my head in disappointment while laughing
"we can if you want" i said while giggling
we took some pics and mads pictures one on her insta

"popcorn and candy" she answered
"okay, and what movie do you want?" i asked

me and mads got all the stuff and then we went back to my house and set everything up.
"you go ahead and lay down, imma go get us some drinks" i said to mads as i went downstairs
i opened the fridge and grabbed a few drinks that we could have.
when i closed the fridge, i saw that i had gotten a text on my phone
