ella dawson is getting on with the boring life she has in brownsville, pennsylvania. she's given up rebellion, on account of her mother's untimely death. she's just trying to find a purpose out of all of this, but it can never be that simple.
with her secret grief, enters stanley barber. the weird, stoner kid that everyone judges too quickly. he's a rebel just for kicks. what happens when they both work at the local bowling alley?
