"cheers!"
loud cheers echoed through the room while the six people huddled around forming a somewhat circle.
with rosy cheeks, everyone of them held a can in their hands. giggling lightly at each other for no reason, they tried keeping their balance even while sitting.
"san? san! where are you?!"
mingi screamed while holding onto yunho's sleeves tightly. a chuckle left the elder's lips upon seeing the younger practically cuddling to his side.
"yunho! no! the floor is moving!"
"shut up mingi!"
yeosang gave a loud shout attempting to lounge towards the younger who was now faking some tears while still holding onto the elder.
"sang-ah, no."
san said curtly. with just one can of alcohol, the once bubbly boy had turned into a person with most grave expression on this earth.
"san..."
yeosang trailed off while sticking his lower lip out. his arms moved wrapping itself around the younger's waist.
"yeosang is annoying."
"no i am not."
"yes you are."
before yeosang could respond to the younger, he was already knocked out lying on yunho's stomach, his legs sprawled over san's legs.
seonghwa looked at the younger, a look of pity plastered on his face. san ignored the older, trying to get rid of mingi's legs from above his legs that were now completely numb.
"san-ah, don't move!"
the older nuzzled his head in his shoulders. san shuddered at the sudden familiar yet unfamiliar touch. he swear he could feel his heart beating loudly in his ears.
"san? san-ah?"
"hmm?"
"you look so beautiful."
cold fingertips made contact with his warm cheeks but he didn't shiver instead unknowingly leaned into his touch.
his eyes fell upon the person next to him. he had raised his head looking at the younger. the light coming from the nearby room illuminated one side of his face while the other was engulfed in a light shade of gray.
shifting forward, san titled his head to get a better a view of the older's face. slowly reaching out his hand, he aimed at touching his cheeks but ended up poking his jaw.
"wow! you're real!"
yeosang giggled at sudden exclaimation hugging san's shoulders and tilting his head to rest it on the edge of his shoulder.
"you know you're the prettiest boy i have met in my entire life."
"really? even more than wooyoung."
"that's difficult to say. nevermind, if i say you're the prettiest then you are the prettiest."
yeosang giggled pinching san's cheeks. his eyes met san's and he felt a sudden bubble of confidence bursting within himself.
he supported himself with his right arm and leaned towards san. the close proximity between them made blood rush to his neck, his eyes still holding onto san's firmly.
as if he forgot about all the restrictions he pushed himself towards him closing the gap between them. san's eyes went wide at the sudden warmth enveloping his lips. it was as if rose petals touched his lips and within miliseconds, he had lost the touch.
before he could comprehend what was happening around him, his arms snaked around the older's waist pulling him towards himself. closing his eyes, he leaned forward and pressed his lips against his soft one's.
he wanted yeosang to kiss him back after all he was the one who initiated it but instead got pushed aside. yeosang sat there clutching onto his collar bone.
"i am really not your soulmate, am i?"
yeosang looked up and nodded. he stroked his imprint few times before wrapping his arms around san's waist and cuddled to his side. closing his eyes his breathing returned to its normal pace and he slowly drifted to sleep, beating of heart softly echoing near his ears.

"yah! yeosang wake up!"
the younger opened his eyes to find himself huddled in the arms of the person next to him. his eyes went wide when he realised who it was.
he freed himself from his hold and hurriedly sat up. he looked around to find seonghwa cuddling to hongjoong's side. mingi sitting upright with a bewildered expression while yunho looked as if he just woke up with his red ears and cheeks.
"hi yeosang."
he heard the younger greeting him as he came out from the kitchen smiling at the older and then sitting next to mingi who immediately put his head on his shoulder closing his eyes.
"hey mingi wake up now. its almost noon."
he felt san shifting beside him pulling yeosang's arms to his chest clutching onto it tightly.
mingi shook san softly waiting for the older to wake up.
"wooyoung?"
and that is what he said as soon as he woke up. yeosang snatched his arm away from his hold pouting slightly.
"hey san."
wooyoung leaned and ruffled san's hairs while san smiled closing his eyes briefly, leaning into his touch.
yeosang heard mingi chuckling and he turned his gaze to the younger glaring at him instead.
"you're not at all obvious."
mingi whispered to yeosang while the older just rolled his eyes kicking the blankets and hurriedly stood up marching towards the washroom.
why is wooyoung here? shouldn't he be with his soulmate.
yeosang slapped his face lightly running his other hand through his hairs.
"shut up yeosang! wooyoung is your best friend, you should be happy that he is here!"
he washed his face with cold water and soaked it in a towel before going towards the living room to find everyone now sitting upright with their eyes half closed.
"joong hyung, go brush your teeth. your mouth stinks."
"so does yours. you aren't special."
hongjoong stuck his tongue out at the younger who was clearly offended by his comment.
"hi yeosang."
he heard san greet him excitedly. he reached over the older putting his arms around his shoulder as they all got indugled into watching yunho who was trying to clean the living room, seonghwa being his guide.
"where were you? when i woke up you weren't here."
obviously you were busy staring at wooyoung.
yeosang shrugged answering with few words his eyes not leaving his phone's screen.
