Chapter 28

I looked up to see the sky it's morning and I felt myself being moved about "We are nearly there!" Haruki yelled he's carrying me but I couldn't see Klaus anyway.

I saw the familiar entrance to my home the leaf village I smiled relieved "Who are you two?" A guard questioned us and stopped us from going in.

"Wait Scarlett!?" Another guard yelled.

"She needs medical attention now or she will die soon!" Haruki yelled with a panicked tone.

"Come on quicky!" They led us to the hospital my vision is blurry so I was able to make out very little.

"Scarlett!?" I heard my name and saw their haircut they are running next to Haruki.

"Hi am I troublesome right now?" I asked Shikamaru.

I think he smiled and I blacked out.

I woke up in a white room with a window open next to my bed so the breeze is coming in moving the curtains. I sat up and grunted in pain I looked down to see bandages all over my stomach and a black kitten on my bed it's close to the size of a kitten but just a little larger.

The kitten looked up at me it was pitch black and the eyes had a blue glow to them "Klaus?" I asked recognising the look it's giving me.

"Yeah I can shapeshift into a couple of different animals and I knew scaring the humans wouldn't help you so I'm a kitten" He explained.

My door opened and it was Tsunade I smiled at her she sighed in relief seeing me.

"Good to see you're okay I have a lot of questions but first" She hugged me I was surprised since I didn't know her for long "I'm sorry we couldn't save you back then."

"It's fine I'm back now" I reassured her.

There was a knock at the window "We are on the fourth floor" Tsunade mumbled she pulled the curtain and Kakashi is there reading a book.

"I promised to give this back" Kakashi held out my book to me.

I took it and opened it straight away "I have missed this! Not reading Icha Icha all year was the most horrible thing" I complained.

Tsunade sighed and Kakashi laughed while ruffling my hair.

Shikamaru came to visit as well "You're so troublesome you scared me making me think you were dying" He sighed.

"That's happened a few times this past year" I laughed, and they all looked at me concerned.

Before they could ask Hinata, Kiba and Shino came in and all told me how glad they are that I'm back and that I can ask them for help at any time.

Haruki came in next "You got company I will leave then" He was about to walk out.

"Get back here!" I yelled.

He sat down on the end of my bed "You gave me a heart attack thanks for protecting me" He smiled at me.

"You two get along now?" Kiba asked surprised.

"I was stuck with him for a year he was desperate for a friend" I explained.

"You were!" He corrected me making me laugh and so did some of the others.

The door was smashed down and it went through the window, Sakura and Ino are standing there "Scarlett!" They yelled then stared at Haruki "He's hot" Ino commented.

"Its Haruki," I informed them.

"What!?" They yelled they just ignored him and hugged me.

"Okay, I want to know why Naruto and Sasuke aren't here?" I asked.
