All Things Go

Yep here we go again.
We're stuck at the stop sign,
And missing all the signs stopping us from victory.
But you waited until defeat broke us down.
And now we're screaming like the pieces of a broken mirror.
I'd love to make my heart believe that this is just a phantasy,
But I guess that's just a false alarm,
Because no one wouldn't love a fancy fantasy.
Unless if it's just my misconception,
Because my imagination can run wild into the raging war.
Now I get it,
You were my fictitious place and reality just swept me off my feet and it got you head over shoes.
And we're left asking, "Does anybody want to buy a heart?"
But aren't we tired of this hurt?
Oh wait, I guess you don't care.
If I were to cry, would you drink my river of tears?
I guess not though because here I am,
Begging for my sanity and no one replies.
