KASSIDY

Its been a few days since what happened at lunch went down. Jessica sits at the far end of the table with two girls and Jamie. Cory doesn't sit here anymore, neither does Chandler. On the opposite side of the table it's Tiny, Rachel, and the rest of the people who already sat there. Cory won't talk to me and honestly it's been hard. He was the first friend i really made and I messed it up. Even though I miss him, he hasn't really crossed my mind. That spot is occupied by a set of green eyes and some man I still have yet to see.

I threw my lunch in the trash and walked toward my next class. I passed a few other people in the hallway as I walked to science. I stopped dead in my tracks as an fluttery feeling crept up my stomach, bursting in my chest. I shivered and looked around, no one. I continued walking until it happened again and I was stopped in front of the office doors. When i turned to look inside the butterflies erupted at a force that knocked the wind out of me. My vision blurred as I watched a figure walk toward the door i was behind. The door opened and my vision cleared and my butterflies came to a jolting halt.

Tall, black shaggy hair, piercing green eyes, chiseled jawline, full but not too obnoxious pink lips, pale skin, and a body you could die for stood in front of me. A smirk graced his face as he placed his hands on my hips and pushed past me through the crowd of people in the hallway. I stood in shock as electricity shot through my hips.

Green eyes flashed in my mind as i replayed what happened, then it hit me. That was the man with green eyes.

"Kassidy? Hellooo? You there?" Tiny's voice brings me out of my head and I jump a little at the scare. She giggles and grabs my arm leading me to science.

"I mean I know a hot guy just touched you, but are you really that deprived?" She makes fun of me, I laugh along with her as we take our seats.

"Okay students! So today we have a new student joining our class, Elijah Greene could you please stand and introduce yourself, say one thing about you, then we'll start class!"

Everyone turns to the back of the room as he stands.

"I'm Elijah Greene, a lot of people say i have piercing green eyes." He says and sits down a smirk on his lips as he leans back into his chair.

I watch him intently whilst everyone has turned around. He grabs his pencil and holds it in his fingers and points it at me. He leans back in his chair, one leg bent, but both slightly extended. His eyes lock on mine and he smirks. My mouth opens slightly and I quickly turn around, hunching over my paper Ms. Rebecca handed out.
