Roxy's P.O.V.
"Why do I have to come to this stupid place?" I muttered as I shuffled across the path towards the huge cheerily-painted building in my Converse, "it's Aimee's birthday, not mine."
"You have to look after them, sweetheart," Mum said, stabbing a number into her phone with her dangerously long fingernails, "I have an important business meeting that could pop up at any time - oh yes, that reminds me -" she reached into her pocket while raising the phone to her ear. She handed me a ten-pound note (Author's Note: Yes, I know it seems like Freddy's is in America but I live in Scotland so I decided to base it there because I have more knowledge of it :P ) and mouthed at me, "for the bus, just in case."
I was just about to open my mouth to protest; we lived in a completely different town from this place and she was expecting me to take all five kids on the bus to set them up for their 'super fun sweepover' but Mum was already clip-clopping into the restaurant, talking on her mobile.
I sighed and had one last look at the sign above the doorway. Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The creepy-ass bunny leered at me with its stupid guitar. That one was my sister's favourite. I have no idea why. Then there was the chicken. I was a fifteen-year-old human girl and yet a freaking chicken on a sign had more curves than me. Possibly the creepiest... thing on that sign was this... I dunno... fox, I guess? It was white with a tonne of bright makeup slapped onto it's face. It had a very close resemblence to the most annoying girl in the school: Jessica Nicols. It's hand was reaching round the chicken. I suppose it was meant to be a wave but I couldn't help but feel like it was reaching out to me. I shuddered and then turned my attetion to the bear. Urgh, that bear. I couldn't help but feel sorry for it. Even he had makeup on. I think the creators of these characters had a blusher fetish; all the characters had it smeared all over their ugly faces. I suppose they did it to make the design more kid-friendly but it just freaked me out. Suddenly, I saw Freddy... wink. No, it wasn't a wink... it was just the sun catching on the sign. Right? But, before I could consider what it was for any longer, my Mum stomped into the doorway.
"Roxy! Hurry up! Stop standing there with your mouth hanging open looking gormless!" she snapped. I jumped and walked towards the door, keeping my head down and trying to get that face out of my head.
Author's Note: Hey guys! Sorry this chapter is kind of boring but it will soon get more exciting. The chapters will be a bit short until I start naming them after the characters (oops, spoilers :P ) Anyways, thank you to anyone who's read this and I hope you are enjoying it!!! Thanks again
