Plot: Yuki wants a new friend so she got one from Hell.
Ellen looked at Yuki, "You sure about this?" they asked, placing the final candle. They were at their house, under the 'experimenting' room full of bookshelves, potions, and other weird things Yuki couldn't understand, but all she knew was this idea was great. So Yuki nodded, "Of course! This is just like. . a test! Both me and you, besides, you can always put it back." she reassured, looking at the sacred circle Ellen made with rabbit blood, candles, and witch stuff.
It was a weird story, Ellen doesn't know why Yuki suddenly asked them to give her a friend, they didn't know what Yuki meant until the explanation of Hell and demons. Now Ellen knew what Yuki meant, a demon friend... interesting. Either way, they were good friends and normality doesn't exist in this town so they agreed and invited Yuki to their house, and that's how it started, shortly. Ellen was questioning why Yuki wanted this, she was popular and quite known at school, was it because she likes demonic stuff? Who knows.
Yuki smiled with glee. She knew this was stupid or mostly dangerous, but her curiousity on Hell and if Ellen could really do this was just bugging her so she might as well do this with her good ol' buddy Ellen! Hopefully they don't die.
"Okay, it's ready, now stand aside." Ellen constructed as she walked back to an old rug with a strange design sewed on, Yuki did the same, having some hope. Yuki awkwardly waited for a few seconds until hearing Ellen mumbles words under their breath and noticed the flames on the candles suddenly gotten bigger and grew smoky. She took a few steps away. Ellen was calm and watched as the blood burned into the floor as the flames swirled around the marks. They felt the heat on their skins before it stopped, thick smoke covering the tall being that stood in the middle.
Yuki blinked hard to try seeing the details of the creature, going closer in the smoke as Ellen did the same. The smoke gently drizzled away slightly as the features showed more, eyes looking down at them.
"Are you okay with this?" Ellen said to Yuki, crossing their arms. They saw Yuki smile.
"Yes... Yes this is what I wanted." Yuki whispered, looking up. "A new friend."Grian and J were hurrying around in their house, trying to get everything ready for school. J got their lunches, "Uh, do you think we'll make it?" he said to Grian, who was brushing his hair a few times with no care.
The blonde thought about it, getting his bag. "Maybe."
J frowned and sighed on their old habits and got his bag too until the doorbell rang. "I'll get that!" he heard Grian say and just fixed his glasses. Grian walked up to the door and opened it, "Oh, hey Yuki-..." he trailed off, noticing another presence, and looked up, making his neck slightly sore.
The being looked down at him back, looking to be awkwardly skinny but the baggy clothes covered it, but what disturbed Grian was the curled horns and uncomfortably long bunny ears. He saw the blonde male back away when his straight tail was exposed, his crooked mouth twitching slightly. Yuki smiled like it was normal.
"Grian! I made a new friend! I named him Sam." she smiled, holding onto the thing's langy arm, or Sam.
"... You.. named..?" Grian's footing trembled, backing away as if it'll make the tall demon go away.
"Eh, it's a weird story buut just know that this tall demon"-Yuki smiled up at Sam-"is our friend now!"
Sam made a croak sound, tilting his head. Grian shivered when the neck made a crack sound.
Footsteps came behind Grian, "Alright Gri, now let's go before we're laa-..." J stopped his tracks, his eyes widened from the tall sight of Sam. He gasped when the demon lowered his posture on the two, seeing an indescribable emotion on the thing. J's hands trembled. Sure he's seen some weird shit but this... this might peak the point of weirdness. The more he looked at Sam, the more he felt terrified and backed up on Grian, before feeling light headed and passed out out of fear.
Sam croaked again.
