Chapter Twelve

Nyjah's POV

The first test I took was negative and glee filled my soul. I told myself don't get to excited because I still had a few more to take tomorrow morning. "What it say?" Melly asked after I washed my hands. "Negative." I shrugged. "Damn. Well we still got a few more to go." His mood changed into a happy one.

It was the next morning and Melly was out at the studio. I got out of bed but anticipated going into the bathroom to take a second test....
I opened my eyes and two lines were formed on the stick. I literally couldn't breathe. It took me awhile to stop hyperventilating. I took the rest and they all read "positive." I was on the bathroom floor crying. Not from being pregnant but I was now one of those females who didn't know who their baby daddy was.

Me- Call me ASAP

NICK- Give me a minute

I waited about 15 minutes and Nick finally called. "Yooo." He said quietly. "I-I'm pregnant." I spoke with a lump in my throat. "I was honestly thinking. And you should get rid of it." He said coldly. "Why would I do that?" I snarled up my face. "Listen I don't have time for the drama of if the kid is mine or Melly. So I think it would be best if you just got rid of it." I hung up the phone because he was starting to talk like he was stupid.

Even though it was going to be a lot of drama it wasn't my baby's fault that their mother was doing the most. I sighed and began to call Melly.

Melly's POV

My phone rang while I was in a session but it was from Nyjah so I cut everything off. "Wassup slime." I said smiling. "I have something to tell you when I get home." She sounded dry. "Fasho I'm on my way now."

When I got hope Nyjah was laying on the couch with the cover over her face. "What is you doin jhit?" I laughed as I lifted her legs and sat them on my lap. "Hi." She said innocently and softly. "So what ya gotta tell me?" He I looked into her eyes, she got up and then walked to the bathroom. She handed me the test and the box they came in. "One line is negative, no line is invalid, two line is positive." I read the box and then slowly turned to see the test. Two lines were on all of them and hella emotions filled my body. "Ohhh shit." I stood up quickly.

"Surprise." She faintly smiled. I hugged her so tight and didn't wanna let her go. "Melly I can't breath." She squirmed. "Oh my bad I don't wanna hurt the baby either." I rubbed her stomach.

Nyjah's POV

His happiness made me happy. I almost forgot that it may or may not have been his. I'm going to just keep my mouth shut just for now at least.
