This is based off a real life experience I recently had so...

San was sleeping peacefully, a mellow dream playing in his mind.

His body suddenly woke him up around 6 AM.

He blinked the sleep out of his eyes and felt a sudden shooting pain in his abdomen.

He rubbed at the ach as he struggled to handle the pain.
It gradually got worse as he laid helplessly in bed. He layed there for twenty minutes before deciding to try and get up. He clutched his stomach as he hobbled to the shower, hoping some warm water would relax the muscle.

As he stood in the shower, he felt several dizzy spells. He held onto the shower wall trying to calm the spinning.

He managed to wash himself and step out, still feeling the pain worsen.

He began drying himself off as his muscle spasmed. He doubled over and breathed harshly out of his mouth, tears welling in his eyes.

He slowly dressed himself taking deep breaths trying desperately to calm the spasm.

Suddenly it bacame unbearable. He sat on the edge of his bed, clutching his bedspread in his fists and he breathed harshly.

He felt like he was dying, he didnt know what to do.

Suddenly, wooyoung walked into his room with a cheerful smile on his face.

"San?" Wooyoung said as he saw the older in the dim light.

He heard sans breathing and grew worried.

Wooyoung rushed to sans side, placing his hand on his shoulder.

"San? Are you alright?" Wooyoung said softly.

"Wooyoungie...it hurts..." San choked out as his tears began to fall.

"What hurts sannie?"

"My stomach... It hurts so bad, it feels like I'm being stabbed.. Please make it stop wooyoungie..."

Wooyoung felt awful for his best friend. He kept his hand firmly on sans shoulder as he moved in front of him.

"Can I take a look sannie?"

San nodded as he took another sharp exhale.

Wooyoung lifted sans shirt and gently pressed his hand over sans stomach earning a painful hiss from San.

"Sannie, you're going to be okay, just focus on your breathing okay?"

San however, couldnt take it anymore.

He clutched his blankets tighter as painful sobs wracked his small frame.

This startled wooyoung but he didnt hesitate to wrap the older in his arms.

"Oh sannie, dont cry honey." Wooyoung cooed softly as he rubbed sans back.

San buried his face in wooyoungs chest as tears streamed down his face.

"Sannie? Maybe its time you talked to someone, your anxiety is getting worse and we all want you to feel better." Wooyoung kissed the top of sans head.

"I dont know what to do anymore woo...ive tried so hard to cope but...but I just can't anymore!!" San sobbed.

"Shhh, shhh, its okay sannie, we'll figure this out, I'll be with you every step of the way okay?"

San breathed a relieved breath out of his mouth as his tears finally calmed a bit.

"Its okay san, I'm right here, its all gonna be alright sannie." Wooyoung reassured as he squeezed San tighter.

"Thank you wooyoungie..." San sniffed.

"There's no need to thank me, I just want you to feel better."

San smiled agaisnt the fabric of wooyoungs tshirt.

"I love you woo."

"I love you too sannie."
