Unbearable pain

A fright seized him and his eyes widened. A weeping, fragile, curly headed boy lay shaking on the lower steps. Louis' heart broke into thousands of pieces.

"It's a-all my fault. Why did I-i do this. I just want to fall asleep and n-never wake u-up again-...", Harry sobbed, his breathing getting even faster.

"No, no please...just calm down. You-you've got this", Louis said being overwhelmed by the whole situation,"J-just breath, ok?"

"No it's not okay a-and it'll never be okay.", Harry's breathing was completely out of control,"I-i... I hurt you Louis. I-i hurt you... I-i crashed your heart. I broke you. I-"

"Shh.. just breath, Harry!", he was scared that Harry would pass out if he wouldnt calm down,"Stop your crying. It had to come this way. You know that-"

Harry started to shake even more.
His eyes burned from all the tears he cried.

"No no no! Stop saying that! N-no. Stop it-", Harry exclaimed covering his ears and shutting his eyes.

Tears streamed down his face and he shaked even heavier whilst barely not breathing.

"...I-i'm sorry.", Louis said quietly starting to rub circles on Harry's back.

He sat down next to Harry just wanting to wrap his arms around him and never let go.
But he didn't do that.
Not after what had happened.

After a while Harry had stopped crying.

"You should drink something. Come! Let's get you a glass of water.", Louis said gesturing for Harry to follow him.

They now sat at the dining table and Harry stared at his glass.

Finally Louis broke the silence: "Harry...It's ok we broke up... It was a lie from the start, Harry...You were kissing other people because you never loved me and only kept telling yourself that.", before he could do anything about it, his eyes got wet.

He looked across the table. Harry was breathing heavy again and started to shake.

"S-stop saying that. Ju-just...just stop. I loved you. There w-was never a moment wh-where I didn't love you. Louis,...I-i...I made the biggest mist-mistake of m-my life...h-hurting the one I loved-I-i hate myself for it...I-i f-feel disg-g-gusting",Harry bearly breathed at this point and tears were streaming down his face once again.

"No you dont! You didn't love me that's why you could hurt me. If you had loved me, you wouldn't have hurt me.", Louis screamed trying to hold his tears back.

"No I loved you, Louis! I ruined everything!", Harry screamed back at him.

He stood up from his seat and looked at Louis with his red and swollen eyes.

" I ruined everything we had! I could never love anyonelse as much as I love you, Louis! But I hurt you! I broke you! I-i did what I never wanted to do! It's all my fault! I'm so Sorry!-"

"Your liying to yourself. Somebody who cares about me wouldn't have done that. You didn't love me.", Louis screamed back, now standing on his feet as well.

"I loved you, Louis! I still love you with all my heart. I would do anything for you! I wou-"

"No, you just can't get over being alone! You were the one that caused this! But it was never love! You just wanted somebody! You didn't actually care about me! And you never had feelings for me! Just admit it!-"

"How can you think that? I love you Louis! I never regretted anything more than hurting you! I never wanted to do it-"

"Then you shouldn't have done it! But now it's over! I trusted you and you broke me! Just like that! I could never forgive you! Do you have any Idea how you made me feel? Worthless! Worthless Harry! The one person, I thought cared about me, hurt me like no one else ever could! I'll never be the same!"

"I-i hate myself for doing it! You don't even know how much I hate myself!-", Harry shouted crying more and more.

"You don't even know how much you made me hate myself! I thought I was the reason! I thought I deserved to be treated like that, when... you were the reason!!", Louis screamed taking one step closer to Harry who was now crying even more.
