T H I R T Y - T H R E E :"So that's one Romana pizza, one Spaghetti Carbonara and one Pasta e Fagioli?" Oak repeated the order from table number twelve, who had arrived mere minutes ago. She was grateful that they ordered so quickly because she hadn't managed to get her four tables in two hours, business was slow for her today. The other waiters had managed to get all theirs because they were quick on the mark, Oak's brain was too full with excitement about going on tour and after work deciding what their ' set-list' was going to be. It was exciting times.
"Yes, thank you," The lady with thick greying hair said with a bright smile, her family were regulars here, they almost came every fortnight and always gave a fantastic review.
People consistently questioned the band as to why they worked a normal job when they could just do music full time and they always had the same answer, 'there was never any guarantee that the band would work out' they'd rather be sure of having a wage than not have anything. They earned a little bit from the music but not enough to make a proper living out of it, they enjoyed it with such a high passion and they wish they could do it full time but right at this second it wasn't possible, they were immensely grateful for the support they had/were receiving but they would rather help their families than not be able to.
"When do you have a break?" Josh, one of the other waiters at the restaurant asked as he came to get table number seven some more drinks. Josh was around five foot eight, dark hair that was tied in a man bun, which instantly made him cool and he sported a nose ring that added to his coolness. People tended to not like him, they thought he was rude and standoffish but in actuality, if you got to know him he was a nice person.
The reason he came off that way was because the people who spoke to him, either he didn't like or they didn't give him a chance, he was fairly blunt speaking and would tell you how it was, no bullshitting. Luckily, for Oak, they got along like a moth to a light bulb they mainly connected because of their love for the captivating John Lennon.
"Hopefully, after I've delivered table twelves food," She smiled sweetly at him as she passed him a chopped lemon that was in-between tweezers.
"Good, I want to talk to you rather than having Kloe drooling about my fucking hair," He rolled his eyes playfully making Oak chuckle lightly. Kloe was another waiter at El Bessi, strawberry blonde hair that usually would go down to her hips and dark blue eyes, she was really pretty but Josh wasn't interested in the slightest. Kloe came across as very desperate, she would always throw herself on him on colleague nights out and would always try to kiss him, when he had told her countless times that he wasn't interested.
"Should I meet you in the usual place?" Oak asked as Josh had quickly pulled the pints, he nodded eagerly and just as quickly as they were pulled he was going to give his customers their drinks.
Josh and Oak often had conversations when he worked, they only shared Friday's as he worked Tuesday's, Friday's and Sunday's. Usually, they met up outback and sat on the wall that overlooked another wall and some large bins, he had a cigarette in hand and Oak just conversed with him about anything and everything. They'd become fairly good friends over the last year or so, they enjoyed each others company when they had nobody else to speak to.

Today, the four were going to Charlie's to discuss the set list as Joe's nana was currently staying at his and she needed a lot of rest, so they didn't want to wake her with their chatter. Charlie had finished work an hour and a half ago and was just waiting on Oak and Alex, who both said they'd be there shortly.
