It Takes Two To Kiss (A Joe Sugg FanFic)

Chapter 1

(A/N: The Start Is Kinda Slow, It Gets Interesting Further On!)

I stare at myself in my full length mirror. Im wearing white skinny jeans, a dark purple sweater, a black beanie and black converse shoes. My dark brown hair is tied into a messy ponytail. Bit of an odd match but i couldn’t care less, It’s not like I had a boyfriend to impress.

Whoa, imagine that!

"Today is the day" I say to myself. I’m finally leaving my crazy mother. Ever since my dad left us-when i was like, 7- she’s been loopy in the head. She does drugs as well and I’ve tried to stop her but it’s impossible, she will do anything to get her precious pills. Even before dad left her she was doing drugs. I've had to put up with her for 23 years and now I’m done.

Yeah, im a 23 year old living with my mother, it’s what the cool kids do.

I’m moving from Australia to London. I’m going to London because i like the cool air and my good friend, Alfie, lives there. He lives with his girlfriend Zoe Sugg, they both make YouTube videos for a living which is pretty cool.

Suddenly my phone chimes, telling me my taxi is here. I gather up my two black suitcases and head downstairs. I say a fast goodbye to mum and headed out the door. "Don’t look back" i tell myself as the taxi man drives me to the airport.

*A Fair Few Hours Later, Arriving At The London Airport*

"Attention passengers, we have just landed, please collect your carryon luggage and leave the plane in an orderly fashion. Thank you for flying with Virgin Australia and have a nice trip." I quickly get my carryon bag and start my way of the plane, the ride wasn’t that bad and i didn’t have to sit next to anyone. Mind you the plane was half empty.

After i finished going through customs and what not i stood in the waiting bay, looking for Alfie and Zoe.

"Amanda!!" Found them. I walk over to a very happy Zoe and a calm Alfie, of course Alfie has his vlogging camera out, just chatting to it. He then says goodbye to it and welcomes me.

"Hey Amanda, how was the flight?"

"It was pretty good actually, no babies crying or people vomiting" i reply. We then all start chatting when Zoe's phone chimes.

"Joe found a car park, he’s out the front to the left" she tells us,

"Joe...?" I ask

"My brother" she says. We walk out of the not so busy airport and into the cool London air. I already love it here. Zoe and Alfie go ahead to a car with an attractive dirty blonde haired boy. 

 "Hey you must be Amanda, I’m Joe, Zoe’s younger brother." He says as i arrive at the car.

"Nice to meet you Joe." I say as we enter the car. Joe and i are sitting in the back while Alfie and Zoe sit in the front.

"Well, since you’re from Australia i want to ask you something..." Joe says. Here come the stereotypes.

"Do you ride Kangaroos to work and stuff?" I laugh, he actually said it with a straight face.

"No, that’s a stereotype. We ride emus." I say just as seriously. The entire car bursts out laughing, including Joe, he has a cute laugh.

Umm, never mind. Forget I said that.

The entire car ride to the flat is filled with laughter which i like, it a real change compared to home, mum never laughed. We soon pulled into a car park of a big apartment block.

"Here we are, home sweet home" Zoe says clapping here hands in excitement. We trudge up the stairs and enter a really cool flat.

"Wow this is huge" i say.

"Yea, come on I’ll show you your room. That’s Alfie’s and mine, that’s Joe’s and... This is yours!" We enter the final bedroom of the hall.

"Wow" I say. The room is white with plush white carpet. There is a double bed that is also white, it has a dark purple quilt and matching pillows. In the corner of the room there is a matching dresser and desk. 

"You guys didn’t have to do all this" i say.

"Well to bad, you’re stuck with this" Joe says and i giggle.

"Well thanks its really nice" i say. 

"Well, we will let you get settled in, we're gonna be in the living room" Alfie says, and with that they leave.

I smile, I’m gonna like this new life.
