The waves of salty water of the vast ocean
Touching the fine sand situated in the shoreline
Erasing the footprints we shared in this lifetime
A constant reminder that I was once the beat of your lifeline
Footprints was a memory we did not chose to forget
It was only seen by the sun that is about to set
A fading blaze of a broken fragments we only regret
A trace of something we can never go back and reset
One footprints will be left, either left or right
Traces will fade like the sun rays giving way to the night
Footprints will vanish with the waves we can never fight
