Summer wasn't expecting to wake up in the middle of the night feeling like a bus had hit her. She barely had time to think before she was rushing to the bathroom and throwing up. Noelle started crying shortly after, but Summer couldn't do anything about it as she kept throwing up.
"Summer, what- oh, never mind, I'll go grab her." Scarlett had quickly cut herself off before she'd gone to grab Noelle from Summer's room.
Scarlett returned a few minutes later after getting Noelle settled in her own room, "Honey, you're burning up." She'd said after feeling Summer's forehead.
Summer just nodded from where she sat on the bathroom floor, trying to convince herself to get up, Baxter laying next to her, "Yeah, everything hurts."
"Go back to bed, baby. I'll watch Noelle."
Summer smiled in thanks to her mom as she painfully got off of the floor and made her way back to her room.
