(Y/n)'s Pov : After the death of uncle Monty we were taken to aunt Josephine's house who we found was well...eccentric and when we finally managed to get her out of the house count oloaf who was disguised as a captain and actually...ugh...flirted it was disturbing to see and she left to take him home and left us to do the shopping but when we got back we found out that the count threw her out of the window but she left us a coded message that clouse was able to decipher before a hurricane hit and literally tore the house apart thankfully we made it out alive and sail to the cave and found our aunt and the only way we managed to get her to leave it was by telling her realists would come to the cave since she was afraid of them and were on the boat when she suddenly said that we were going to die making us look at her funny when she pointed and yelled , " it's the leeches!!!" Aunt Josephine shouted and let me tell you they were literally eating through the boat because our aunt couldn't go for a few hours without food!!! So here we are with a sinking boat , when it all seem to go south I couldn't just stand there and watch my family be taken away when I can do something so to lure the leeches away I dived into the water but as I transformed into a mermaid unfortunately I wasn't fast enough and oalof managed to not only take my family and make it look like he was saving them but poor aunt Josephine was...was...eaten by the leeches and now they've seen me and that is when the chase began.

Leeches Pov : we chased what had disturb our waters perhaps it was another human we could eat but as we cornered our prey there was something different about its scent it was so sweet and mixed with the sea and we only want this treasure to be ours alone but then something happened to us we all began to merge into something while the bottom part of us stayed the same the part began to shape into that of a human as we continued merging until it was completed but now we no I have matters to attend to.

(Y/n)'s Pov : I can't believe this first a snake now leeches!!! Why does my life have to be so complicated!!! I thought as I swam as fast as I could away from the leech hybrid there is no way I'm letting it get me when my family is still in danger!!! I thought as I desperately swam for not just my life but to save my family as well, the boat they were on was almost to shore making me swim faster in order to catch up but was grab from behind and was being pulled back to the direction of the cave, I tried to fight back to get out of the person grip but it was too strong and I pulled into the watery depths of curdle cave.

Leeches Pov : " I got you now and you won't be leaving this place for the rest of your days with me..." I said as I pulled this lovely ocean jewel closer to me but I could tell even though I'm blind that she didn't like the idea I could smell it but I have what I want and that all that matters because I have finally found the one I found worthy of being my partner.
