Hanako San is a Japanese urban legend about the ghost of a girl that's supposed to haunt school toilets. She will open and close doors, scaring anyone who enters the bathroom, knocks on her stall, and calls her name.
She was a girl who was murdered in a school bathroom.
To summon Hanako San, you must enter a girl's bathroom and knock three times on the third stall, and ask, "are you there Hanako San?"
If she is really there she will say, "Yes I am here."
Sometimes a hand will bust through the door and drag the person into the stall and kill them.
