Chapter 17: Brains And Brawn.

As Tech Knight, and Clay battled it out with their blades, Penny had to fight a mob of henchman, while Ricky and Mega Brian were fighting over the construction vehicles. Apparently it's a very short rumble.

Mega Brain kept trying to fry Ricky with his brainstorm powers, but Ricky dodged them. Mega Brian's screen changed to red to reveal his anger. "I will smash you into sliced metal if you don't move aside," Brian said. "Now do it, or you're dead, meat bag." "You can't attack me, when your this size," Ricky explained, and zapped Mega Brian with the shrink ray, but he dodged, and it zapped one of the signs instead. Mega Brian's screen changed to yellow after noticing the ray.

"Oooh, that's such a tiny toy you have there," Brian said. "Let me show you the toy I have." Then Mega Brian froze the bottom have of Ricky, keeping him from moving. Mega Brian swiped the shrink ray from Ricky, after freezing his lower half, then his screen changed to green. "Well, this is quite a puzzling device," Brian commented.

Mega Brian then used the shrink ray on the excavator, and the steamroller, and shrunk them until they were toy sized. "Tech Knight, we now have an easier way of getting the vehicles," Brian explained. "We should return to Nemesis, and show him." "Very well," Knight said, and made another pulse wave to blast Clay back, while Mega Brian grabbed the construction vehicles. "You've failed to stop us again racers. Next time when we meet, I assure you, you won't survive from me."

Tech Knight whistled for his mechanical horse, and it hurried to him before he could get on. As Tech Knight rode off, Mega Brian followed by levitating himself off the air. "Well that f**king sucked," Clay said. "They got away with the construction vehicles, and this time they stole the shrink ray, and used it to get them. Vic will not like this." "I'm sure he'll be to busy at the United Nations, while we try and get that shrink ray back," Penny explained. "After all, this was the first mission I did, so I think I did pretty well." "A guy's, can someone give me a hand here?" Ricky asked. "Hold still, then," Clay answered, and equipped his flamethrower to unfreeze Ricky's lower half. "Thanks, but they got away with the construction vehicles again," Ricky said.

"Not only that, but I noticed that they also stole the shrink ray," Clay explained. "We'll get it back one way, or another." "So with that, Nemesis now has four construction vehicles, and there are four left," Penny said. "Yeah, but the worse part is, there is only one construction site left in town," Clay explained. "We'll have to get to that construction site before they do, and probably be one step ahead of them before they use the shrink ray again." The Racers then untied the construction workers that Tech Knight, and Mega Brian tied up, and then returned to the lab at the bottom of Clay's mansion to figure out a plan.
