"...what do you see?"
"I can't see anything..."
"What do you mean?"
"Based on his previous scans, the mass has faded..."
"Faded? Imposible! Bala yun e..."
"Yun nga po e...eto po..." the younger doctor moved his chair to the side so that the senior doctor could look at the monitor.
In the room behind the big glass panel where the doctors were was Sep, laid on the bed of the CT scan machine.
"Sep?" the senior doctor spoke thru the microphone on the computer console.
"Po?"
"May nararamdaman ka bang iba? Nahihilo ka ba?"
"Ngayon po? Hindi po."
"May masakit?"
It was baffling to his doctors how the bullet seemed to disappear or move and not causing further damage to his eyesight and other functions.
"...miraculous..."

Grateful for the blessings he received, Sep resumed work at the church and would spend more time in the main sanctuary. He was even teased of being an 'honorary priest' for his work in the church and his relationship with the religious congregation assigned there. Sep started as an altar boy/sacristan and also worked as an office assistant and gopher. He also cleaned the church from time to time. Sep also took responsibility of closing up the church for the night.
