Toni's POV
Today is finally Monday. Something I thought I would never think, but I couldn't help it, because she's most likely coming in today.

So right now I'm sitting outside by my motorbike, waiting to see if she arrives, but when the bell rings in for homeroom, she's still not here.

So sadly, I make my way to my homeroom, sitting where I always usually sit together with Betty and Fangs.

The hour goes by, and I haven't been able to get her out of my mind once, not even while talking to my friends.

Directly after homeroom, I meet up with Veronica, Jughead and Kevin by our lockers as usual, so that we can go to our first class together. English Literature.

When we arrive, we sit down on our seats and just talk about absolutely anything going across our minds.

"So, no red?" Jughead questions, noticing that I'm looking quite upset with seemingly no reason at all.

"No.. Maybe she doesn't attend Riverdale high after all.." I say while looking gloomy, so he sends me a reassuring smile in attempt to make me feel a bit better.

---

A few minutes later, class was about to start, and right on time, Mrs. Henry walked in trough the door.

"Hello class, today we have a new student joining us," my head immediately snapped up, and my heart started going crazy the second I saw her standing there, right in front of me.

"so be nice to her." Mrs. Henry told us, and without a doubt, I agreed happily with the rest of the class.

"Great, now would you like to introduce yourself sweetheart?" she turned towards red, smiling politely, encouraging her to introduce herself to the class.

"Yeah, uhm. My name is Cheryl Blossom, I just moved here this Saturday with my mom. I'm 17, as the most of you, yeah." I couldn't stop smiling, Cheryl Blossom what a beautiful name.

"Any hobbies?" Mrs. Henry tried to encourage her further, which worked since she told us that she enjoys drawing, but I could see she was uncomfortable with all of the eyes now constantly watching her.

"Good, you can take the seat next to Jughead." Mrs. Henry says, pointing out who Jughead was, and I was extatic to say the least, she's sat right in front of me. Maybe I can convince Jughead to switch seats later?

Cheryl nodded and made her way to her seat, carefully sitting down, immediately crossing her legs, almost in discomfort it looked like.. I wonder why?

---

All trough class, Cheryl sat scribbling down notes in her notebook, head down, almost as if she was purposefully hiding her face from everyone in the room.

She's very mysterious to say the least..

And when class ended, she grabbed her stuff and left without a second thought about it, so she doesn't like people it seems like.

And I didn't get a chance to talk to her, because when I got out of the classroom to follow her, she was already gone.

---

As lunch rolled around, I was walking from biology class together with Betty to meet with our friends, but she captured my eyes.

I stopped abruptly, watching her as she made her way outside towards the parking lot with her sketchbook held tightly against her chest.
