Chapter 4

      "Hi Mr tewari, i just met your secretary" Karan looked at Mr tewari.

"my secretary?" Mr tewari asked.

"yes" Karan answered.

"But, I don't have a secretary" Mr tewari replied back.

"Then who is she?" Karan enquired.
                                                                         "Mr vohra, meet ms jaiswal your co star, and Ms jaiswal meet Mr vohra". The producer introduced.

"nice to meet you Mr vohra" samiksha flashed Karan a small smile.

Karan immediately felt stupid and embarrassed, he knew he should not have jumped into conclusion.

Karan looked at samiksha who kept on folding her knuckles as if she wanted them to touch her wrist.

He noticed that she was very nervous and also anxious, then it occurred to him he had not checked her properly.

Karan looked at samiksha black shoes, he was sure her shoe size was a small one, his eyes moved to her dress that was now above her knees, because she was sitting giving him a little view of her creamy thighs. His eyes moved to her face and he was amazed by her beauty, he never expected to see a nervous samiksha to be his Co star, he was expecting one of the popular actresses he saw on tv serials.

"mr vohra??? Can you hear me?" Mr tewari called.

"uh... Yes"

"I'm sure you both might be wondering why we didn't choose one of the well known actors and actresses" Mr tewari mentioned.

"we wanted new faces and new talent, so Mr vohra you were chosen because we've all seen your commercials on tv and we decided to give the role to you, and Ms jaiswal, you have natural talent, you are the best person we need for the role of mehek sharma, you nailed your audition." mr tewari chirped in.

"mr vohra, we will need you to grow your facial hair more, you will not be showed in the first episode so that will give you lots of time to grow them.

"ms jaiswal, everything about you is okay." Mr tewari smiled at both individuals seated in front of him.

"Sorry guys but I have to be somewhere, so I have to leave now." tewari said as he glanced at his wrist watch.

"Oh! Yes shooting starts next Monday by 12noon" mr tewari added as they all headed outside the office.

Samiksha and Karan watched as mr tewari sat in his car and drove off.

"ms jaiswal....."

"please call me samiksha"

"samiksha, I'm really sorry for referring to you as Mr tewari's secretary"

"mr vohra, it's just a silly mistake that happened, you don't have to think about it, instead think about zindagi ki Mehek" samiksha said.

"okay. Please call me karan, calling me Mr makes me feel older than my age". Karan said. He noticed that the black dress samiksha work fitted her perfect figure. He noticed that samiksha was neither fat nor was she Slim.

Samiksha phone rang, and she quickly searched her bag for it.

"mom" samiksha muttered as she picked the call.

"mom, I'm on my way, don't have dinner before me, I'll be home soon and we'll all have dinner together. Bye mom see you soon" samiksha ended the call and dropped her phone in her bag.

"Mr vohra , I have to go now, i don't want to miss dinner time with my family. Samiksha told Karan.

"we will meet next Monday" samiksha said as she waved at Karan.

Karan watched as she got on her scooter as one word kept ringing in his mind.

Mom.

So guys please overlook my mistakes, i really don't know much about acting.

Y'all should still stay at home, until it is safe to come out.
