Methanos is the swamp planet which is home to the plant-like Methanosian.
Methanos is named due to the fact that it underground deposit contains high level of methane which escape. The swamp is home to making plant-like lifeforms which are able to survive the methane with the planet as the atmosphere is toxic to other not native to planet. If the methane from underground come out, it creates flames geysers which reach over 20 ft into the air. Methanos is also home to exotic plants and reach temperature between 50° to 100° Celsius.
Methanosian have evolved from carnivorous plant who evolved into herbivorous humanoids with the ability to control plants, fire, and their own methane, they also physically change when they hit puberty as they bloom into a new stage.
Methanos is currently destroyed by Malware and his Negative 10: approximately 6,400 Methanosian survive. Find a new methane-based planet will be difficult for the Plumbers to find.
