The Cosmic Storm move around the universe as it made out only of clouds and lightning. This storm is very extensive and used for intergalactic exile to criminals. The storm is larger than planets, possibly even a solar system. The storm is also capable of using a tractor beam.
The To'kustars are being who are born in the Cosmic Storm as they also control it, they're natural gentle giants and live alone in the edge of the galaxy as they guard threats from beyond. Their natural predators are a virus actually way small to see even by humans.
Due to them being faraway and being massive in size, Malware and his Negative 10 won't take down To'kustars as they are also hard to find due to being utra-rare species.
