Tesslo is the the storm planet which is home to the Amperi.
Tesslo is cover dangerous storm clouds which produce rain, lightning, breeze, hurricanes, thunder, hail, etc. Blues clouds are normal storms which are harmless to the inhabitants, green clouds are the more dangerous as it can harm it inhabitants. Under the thick layers of clouds, there no land as they're an ocean which the surface can freeze into ice beds along with some rock formation. Civilization is underwater as Amperi created devices to make air bubbles the size of islands to live and avoid conducting water.
Amperi are able to swim with the oceans and fly into the air, they use the cloud storms to travel to destinations faster as they teleport via turning into electricity, they're skilled in machinery.
Tesslo is currently destroyed by Malware and his Negative 10: less than 300,000 have survive the destruction of their planet. They are actually easy to gather as they took the form of energy.
