Monday 25th December

Today was the day Taeyong would be able to meet his caretaker. Admittedly he was quite nervous but also really excited. This Jaehyun seemed quite nice and funny.

Another point, which Taeyong couldn't miss was, the hotness radiating off of his body.

Taeyong took a bath, he wasn't allowed to lock the door in case he fell, while humming to his favourite songs.

His fluffy bathrobe was already waiting for him at the edge of the tub and he wasted no time putting it on and sitting down on the chair his mother put there for him.

He dressed in some pink sweatpants and a fluffy baby-blue hoodie. His hair was messily brushed and the hood put over the still wet hair.

Not even two minutes after Taeyong came downstairs, the doorbell ringed.

"Oh, that must be your caretaker. He's right on time." Mrs. Lee chuckled and opened the door, revealing Jung Jaehyun in his whole glory.

He had a big smile on his face and immediately greeted Mrs. Lee.

"Come on in dear. Taeyong is on the couch drinking his tea", she said to Jaehyun.

"I'm sorry for being rude but I have to go now. I'll miss you. Remember you can always call me if something is wrong. Also I'll be back in two months to check up on you", Mrs. Lee apologized and hugged her son tightly.

Jaehyun waved his hands: "That's absolutely fine. That's why I'm here. I will look after your son really good!"

Mrs. Lee thanked him and shut the door.

Jaehyun walked to the huddled up Taeyong, in his cuddly blanket, drinking his tea and listening to music.

"Hi Taeyong, I'm Jaehyun", Jaehyun introduced himself with a soft voice.

Taeyong looked up: "Hi, nice to meet you. You can sit down next to me if you want."

Jaehyun smiled fondly and sat down next to him.

"I have a little surprise for you. I got you some strawberry mochis." Jaehyun announced.

Taeyongs doe eyes got even bigger and a smile formed on his lips: "Really? That's really nice from you!"

Jaehzyun chuckled at Taeyongs remark : "How about you eat your mochis and we can get to know each other better. Does that sound ok?"

The latter hummed, already immersed into his mochis.

"First I think it would be good if you explained your conditions a bit more, just so that I know what to do, if any of that happens." Jaehyun explained.

Taeyong nodded and started: "Okk, so I have chronic fatigue syndrome, which basically means that I'm always really tired and have no energy left in me. Sometimes I have a really foggy brain and can't really express myself in the right way. It also affects my sleep, because I can't get to sleep that easily. Vertigo also is one of the symptoms I experience, so like I'm dizzy, have blurry vision and stuff like that. The last symptom of cfs I have is that, my immune system is quite weak, so I get often sick."

While Taeyong explained all of this, Jaehyun got out his notepad and scribbled down notes.

" The next condition I have is anemia, so I faint all the time.

The last thing I have is eds, my joints are hypermobile but then also dislocate a lot, which I have to then pop back in. My skin is really sensitive and velvety so I get a lot of bruising which heal very slow. Sometimes I have some stomach problems with that, but they aren't that painful or bothersome."
