Wednesday 27th November

Taeyong was nervous. Today he had is GP appointment and he dreaded it. He didn't like going to the doctors because it could sometimes hurt and his GP always ran some bloodwork.

Jaehyun was currently rubbing circles on the youngers back in the waiting room to calm his nerves.

"It'll be ok. I promise." He assured Taeyong.

"Lee Taeyong in room three please!" The nurse belled and the pair stood up walking to the doctors room.

"Sit down Taeyong." The doctor offered a smile.

"I've discussed your case with some of my colleagues and we think it would be best if you had a NG-tube placed. Your weight just keeps dropping down and the meds are going to make it worse."

"Do I really have to?" Taeyong asked with shaking voice.

"I'm afraid so. I'll book an appointment for the afternoon in the xxx hospital. You can go there straight away."

Taeyong nodded and stood up with Jaehyun following behind him.

They headed straight to Jaehyuns car in the parking lot and drove to the hospital.

On the way there Jaehyun stopped the car and said: "I'll be there in a second. Wait here", and went to the corner shop.

He came back five minutes later with a plastic bag wrapped around his hand.

"We can drive now." He smiled.

Arriving there Jaehyun could see the youngers hands beginning to shake and so he clasped their hands together, calming the younger down.

They stepped into the large hospital and went up to the information spot to ask for directions to the gastro apartment: "If you take the lift to the third floor you just have to follow the signs there", the lady at the desk commented bored.

Jaehyun gave her a quick bow and they silently headed to the lift.

"How many documents do we have to fill out?" Taeyong let out a frustrated sigh.

"This is the seventh document today", he complained.

"I think this is the last one", Jaehyun commented.

Nowadays hospitals want to make sure you won't sue them and data things, bla, bla, bla...

As Taeyongs caretaker, Jaehyun had to also sign some papers, so that he could stay at the youngers side.

Finally they had finished filling out the papers and the hospital nurse showed the pair their room, where they would be staying for a couple of days.

The room was quite big for a hospital, but then again this was a very good hospital.

The nurse also got a second bed for Jaehyun, although it wasn't as big at the latters bed, which she put beside Taeyongs.

"The doctor will come for you when he's finished with another patient", the nurse informed them and quickly went outside.

Taeyong went over to the bed and pulled the cover off.

Jaehyun on the other hand put the two items he bought at the corner shop out of the bag and went over to the younger.

"Taeyongie, I got you something", he blurted out, "I know you're gonna be cold so got you some fuzzy socks and lip-balm because with a feeding tube your lips will be really dry."
