Chapter 6

- Emerson's pov -

"Where are we going?" Mel asked. "It's a surprise! But it's close." I say and take her hand. "You look amazing love" I say. "You too Em."

We walk for around 15 minutes just talking about life. "We're here" I say with a smile. "OMG you're joking?" She said sounding very happy. I was happy my brothers didn't fuck me over. "Nope, Seb told me you love this place." I say while standing outside a restaurant with a very vintage feel too it. She gives me a big hug and we walk inside.

"Should we get out of here, we could go to that park that's close?". I ask, Mel nods at me with a big smile. I pay and we walk outside hand in hand. "Thanks for paying you didn't have to." She says. "No of course i payed, I'm a gentleman" I say laughing. We walk for a bit until we got to a park. It was dark but we found a playground with street lights and decide to sit on the grass.

"Did you bring any cigarettes, I forgot mine" She asks. "I didn't but I have this." I pull out a vodka flask from my pocket. "You don't have to if you don't want to, it's okay." I say after seeing her concerned face. "No, it's just i've never drank more than a few beers before." She says looking down. I put two fingers underneath her chin and pull her face towards mine. I kiss her and she instantly kisses back, I stick my tongue in her mouth and we start making out. She lets out a tiny tiny moan. I pull pack and say "Did you just moan?" "Uh- no.. well maybe" She looks at me blushing. I start laughing. "Hopefully I'll hear more of those in the future" I say and giggle. "Shut up you horny pirate man." She says giggling and pulling down my hat in my face. Her giggle is adorable. "Hey you there?" She says waving her hands in front of me. Oops I must have been starring at her. "Oh, uh should we?" I say and get out the flask again. She takes it from me and drinks.

We continue talking. After around an hour I can see her getting cold. "Here love, take my jacket." "No then you'll be cold" She says when I try to give her my jacket. I put the jacket over her shoulders and lay her head down in my lap. I start playing with her hair and lean down for a kiss. The kiss turns into a make out sesh. Then my phone rings. "It's Sebastian" I say sighing.

Seb: WHERE ARE YOU GUYS WE'VE BEEN CALLING MEL 5 TIMES.

Em: Oh her phone died before.

Seb: Okay thank god. But where are you guys it's late, you we're supposed to come home before 11 and its 11:20.

Em: Uhm sorry we got carried away, I haven't looked at my phone but we'll start walking back now. We'll be home in 20 minutes.

Seb: Okay hurry. Zoe was really worried so me and Rem decided to stay here for the night, and yes you can sleep in Mel's bed.

"We need to walk back right now, we were supposed to be home 20 minutes ago." I say and stand up"Oh shit let's go" Mel says. I drink quite often so it hadn't effected me that much but you could definitely see we were a little drunk. And even more on Mel since it was her first time.

We walked hand in hand. "Em, I feel really funny ahahah" Mel said and laughed twirling around. I just laughed and pulled her close. "But I'm really tired, could you carry me?"She asks and stops walking. I carry her on my back the last bit. When we're close to her house she jumps down. I turn and look at her in confusion. "Emerson, I really like you and I want you to be my boyfriend." I look at her "Are you sure it's not the vodka talking?" I ask laughing a little. She moves closer to me. "NO, i was too afraid to ask you before. What do you say?" I pick her up and kiss her. "Yes of course" I say and then kiss her again.

We walk into the house hand in hand. And get greeted by my brothers and Zoe.

"Uh Emerson I think I had too much to drink" Mel says before puke all over her shoes.

- Melanie's pov -

Oh fuck, did I just say that. "EMERSON WHAT DID YOU DO, DID YOU GET HER TO DRINK?" Sebastian screams and grabs Emerson and pushes him against a wall. "Just a little she was fine I told her she didn't have to." Emerson says calmly . I slide down against the wall so I'm sitting on the floor when everyone starts screaming at Emerson.

"STOP SCREAMING IT'S NOT HIS FAULT I COULD'VE SAID NO HE DIDN'T PUSH ME. CAN YOU JUST STOP SO I CAN GO TO BED AND WE CAN TALK TOMORROW." I scream with my head in my hands. "Okay" Sebastian says and let's go off Emerson. Remington helps me up from the floor. "Let go of her I'll take her up." Emerson says with an angry voice. I feel Remington let go off me and Emerson carry me upstairs. I fall asleep in his arms as soon as we lay down in my bed.
