Deku's POV
I've been waiting at the doctor yo see what what my quirk is! I'm so Excited!

I shouldn't of been so excited...

We were sitting there well the doctor talked. I was wondering what my quirk is. I hope it's as cool as Kachans! He then said that I wouldn't develop a quirk. What?! But... I can still be a hero right? My mind was filled with thoughts as the doctor continued to talk to my mom. We eventually leave the doctors office and get in our car "Mom why don't I have a quirk?" I ask her she say "not everyone's born equal sweetie" I was quite the rest of the way home. When we get home I go to the computer! But I don't cheer like I usually do I just stare at the screen as I was losing hope in becoming a hero, I stare at the screen blankly and smile. Tears slowly start streaming down my face as I cry. I turn the chair and I ask my mom  the one question that I can hear clearly through ]my thoughts "can I still be a hero without a quirk" I look her in the eyes hoping she would tell me yes, that she would tell me that I could be a hero. She looks at me as tears stream down her face,, she then runs to me and says "I'm so Sorry Izuku" and wraps her arms around me.
Why? Sorry? But I thought you believed in me? Your proud of me right? I thought I could be a hero? Mom... That's not what I wanted to hear.

Still Deku's POV
My mom dropped me off at Pre-K now I'm just waiting for Kachan to arrive. I really wanted to talk to Kachan, I felt alone right now... After about 5 minutes Kachan arrives we talked and he asked me about the doctors and what my quirk was. He looked so excited to hear my quirk. Me and Kachan have both wanted to be a hero and have looked up to All Might, Me and Kachan promised eachother to be pro heroes together but I don't think I'm going to be able to keep that promise. But now I didn't know what to do, so I just told him the truth. I saw his smile slowly go down as I explained to him what the doctor said and he said "wow Deku you really are a Deku." "Ha ha!" And smiled a bit "But don't worry I'll protect you with my strong quirk!" He put him hands to him him and made a big smile, as I looked at him in amazement and say "Really?! Yeah Kachans really Strong and Cool just like All Might" and then out other friend Akio joined our conversation and said "Yea Kachan that's why we call you Kachan after all" then I say "Right!""One day you'll be even stronger than All Might!""You'll be the best hero ever!" Then Reo a kid who Kachan dosen't like that much says "Well if your gonna be the number 1 hero than that means I have to be  number 2 since I'm almost as strong as you" Reo looked up to Kachan greatly like me exept Reo and Kachan where very alike strength and attitude wise, just looked different to different people. Then Kachan said "What are you talking about! Even without a quirk Deku can be a Hero he'll be by my side and be number 2!""you can be number 3 but Deku's going to be number 2!" That made me blush and I was really happy that Kachan thought that about me, I didn't feel alone anymore...

To bad that wasn't going to last long.

Then Reo said "What?! I can be a better hero then stupid Deku here!""Hes a Worthless Loser you said it yourself Kachan! Ull be better then him!"
And he was...
