Siblings

A/N: I think this will be the only part where I will have the POV be from each individual homunculus after this part it will probably go back to being told in third person, FYI

Greed POV:

"Look at those weaklings." Greed thought to himself staring at his siblings.

They were all training for the day where Father would have them all battle each other to the death. Well, they were training, Greed was taking it easy. It was so obvious he was going to win. After all, he was the best.

Father came over to him "Why aren't you training?" He asked seriously, but Greed could see a hint of amusement in his eyes.

"Well pops, it's just not really worth it. Might as well take it easy, so I am rested for when I kill them. And I have my ultimate shield, what more do I need? Don't want to be tired for when I prove that I am the most powerful of them all."

Father chuckled. "Is that so?"

"Yeah, so just have that crown or whatever the hell you're going to use as a prize ready for me." Greed got up from his seat and stretched putting on his circular sunglasses and fur vest. "Anyway I have some girls waiting for me, don't want to keep them worrying about me."

"You have far too many possessions."

Greed laughed while walking away. He looked back, sunglasses flashing. "Well, I AM Greed."

Gluttony POV:

"What...what should I do?" Gluttony said timidly, playing with his fingers and looking down. He was so hungry, maybe Father would let him go upstairs for a while just to grab some snacks. But he had to train.

Everyone else was doing something, even Sloth.

Shyly, Gluttony walked over to a large punching bag and hit it weakly. He was so hungry, and Father looked awfully tasty today.

Father? He realized Father had been watching him when he had hit the punching bag.

"Come on, Gluttony. You have those muscles for a reason." Father said sharply.

"But Father...I'm so hungry." Gluttony whined.

Father sighed. "Clearly, you're not going to last very long in this condition." He looked Gluttony over carefully.

"You're going to let me eat?!" Gluttony said gleefully.

Father thought for a while.

"No, I'm just going to give you some...upgrades."

"Huh?" Gluttony cocked his head to the side.

"Come Gluttony. Let's see what we can do with you."

Pride POV:

Pride punched at the walls with his sharp, sword-like shadows. His grin widened every time he made a hole in the wall.

"Now Pride, try not to make too big of a mess." Father called out to him as he walked by, Gluttony following behind him.

"Yes, Father." Pride answered.

Pride paused. What was he doing with Gluttony? Hopefully getting rid of that buffoon.

Where had Greed gone? As a matter of fact where had Envy gone too?

Pride didn't really care. Actually, Greed probably went to go "hang out" with some of his dolls. Envy just didn't care about this.

Lust and Sloth where the only other ones training in the room.

Pride considered them for a moment. Sloth would be easy to get rid of, and possibly Lust too. Greed had his ultimate shield, but Pride felt sure he could pierce through it. After all, they all had their weaknesses. Gluttony would most likely be the first to go, either by the hands of himself or by one of their siblings. Envy was deceptive, but he shouldn't be too hard to get rid of. Wrath was the newcomer but Pride hadn't seen anything from him yet. It was hard to tell if Pride could get rid of him. Otherwise...

Pride smirked. Piece of cake.

Lust POV:

"Mmph!" She stabbed at five dummies at once, tearing them into little pieces. She retracted her fingers quickly and then turned swiftly, pretending there was someone behind her and then sliced through the open air, killing her invisible opponent.

Lust knew it wouldn't be as simple as that.

It would be wrong to underestimate her sibling's powers.

Sweat coated her brow, and she raised her hand to her head, wiping it away. It would be so much easier, if she could simply seduce her opponents, but she knew they would not be swayed. Greed maybe, but he was just a big perv.

She had to fight.

Her long gown was making things difficult. Lust pursed her lips wondering what she could do about this. With one quick move, she tore the bottom section of her dress off cleanly.

Her bare legs now showed, but at least she could now move around now more easily.

She turned and killed another invisible opponent.

Much easier.

Sloth POV:

"Such...such a pain..." Sloth groaned.

He was so tired, and everything hurt when he walked. He didn't really know what was going on he just knew it was something important. Yeah...something important...what was it again? Oh well, maybe he could just take a nap...

Wrath POV:

He was new here, but Wrath knew he was already one of Father's favorites to win.

He had been a human all of his life, up until now. Father had taken him, and put a philosopher's stone into his bloodstream to turn him into a homunculus known as Wrath. He was to be the leader of the country known as Amestris, a man named King Bradley. And no one was going to suspect who he really was. He had been trained in sword-fighting, martial arts, and had been schooled all of his life. Unlike these ruffians.

He slowly drew out his sword, and then noticed a long haired homunculus watching him from the shadows. Envy was his name, Wrath thought. I think.

Wrath watched him scoff and then walk away, the darkness swallowing him away.

No matter, Wrath thought. I think this should be fairly easy.

Envy POV:

This is stupid. Envy thought. There was absolutely no point to this. What good was killing off all of Father's minions? How would the humans suffer from Father's hands if he didn't achieve his "perfect being"?

He was walking down the hallway that led back upstairs when a tall, robed figure stopped him in his tracks.

"Envy." Father spoke. "You are participating in tomorrow's events, correct?"

Envy narrowed his eyes.

"You know if you don't, I shall just have to return you to my soul and you will never live again."

Envy sighed. "Yes Father."

"That's a good boy." Father continued down the hallway, leaving Envy alone.

Envy fumed with anger. He was far too cute to die. "Fine then Father. I'll play your little game. But I hope you're ready for some pain."

Normal POV:

Once nightfall had come and his children had gone to their rooms, Father sat in his throne sipping wine that was not necessary for him. He laughed, hiccupping just the slightest bit.

"This will be very entertaining. I can't wait to see what will happen."

He placed seven pawns on his board that lay next to him.

"Seven deadly sins. What could get better than that?"
