"You have got to be kidding me, pops." Greed said to himself, clutching at his fur vest.

He was strolling through the town that he had ended up in and suddenly out of nowhere, something started glowing underneath him and he was in a frozen wasteland. His teeth chattered as he tried to see past the swirl of snowflakes. The winds were strong and almost knocked him off his feet multiple times.

"Damn it..." He shivered. Of course his style choice was a sleeveless shirt and sleeveless vest with fur. Well, at least it pleased the ladies.

He put on his sunglasses to protect his eyes from the wind. That's when something flashed by him. It was so quick, Greed almost thought that it wasn't even anything at all, but rather the wind. But he knew a homunculus who could move at those speeds.

"Sloth."

Ugh...there was a person here...he had to...had to kill...such a-a pain...

Greed went into a battle stance. Sloth wasn't smart or had any brains at all, but he could fight. Greed knew he could take him down easily. He didn't even bother putting on his ultimate shield.

"Come out come out wherever you are, big guy!" Greed said.

Sloth bolted by him again.

Clearly Sloth couldn't see anything, because he would have hit Greed by now. So Greed figured he was at an advantage.

He trained his eyes on the black dot in the distance that he knew was Sloth and transformed his hand into his shield. "Come on." He grinned. "I'm ready."

It was greed...ugh...that was...going to be...a pain...

Sloth charged at Greed again and Greed slashed at his chest with his claws, slowing down Sloth. Blood trickled from his large body. "Ow." He groaned.

"That hurt? How about some more!" Greed punched and slashed at Sloth at a high speed. Sloth seemed unaffected by these attacks, and when Greed wasn't paying attention, Sloth pinned him to the ground. Greed grunted in surprise.

"Must kill..." Sloth squeezed at Greed's throat.

Greed started choking up saliva, kicking in the air blindly. "Damn..." Greed then proceeded to cut off Sloth's meaty hand and Sloth jumped back in surprise. Greed wiped at his mouth and then attacked at Sloth again while he was stunned.

Sloth's hand had regenerated and he was swatting in the air trying to figure out where Greed's head was. Greed was thinking, trying to think of his next move. He came up with an idea, not quite sure if it would work.

Just as Sloth was ready to make another move, Greed plunged his hand into Sloth's chest. He felt around for a minute before pulling out what he was searching for.

The red glow of the philosopher's stone lit up the area and Sloth groaned.

"That was...such...such a pain..." Sloth faded away quickly, the winds carrying his remains away.

Greed scoffed. Easy.

Father sighed, putting his hand to his face, chuckling. "Oh Greed. The world is at your feet, isn't it?" He knocked over another one of his pawns, and it shattered on the floor.
