Yifan and Jimin stare right at each other, after they realize it's Yoongi's turn to go, they both turn their heads to the end of table.

Being the socially awkward person he is, Yoongi couldn't choose between sitting next to Jimin or Yifan. So he chose the next best thing and opted to sitting at the far end of the table where he didn't have to decide between the two of them.

However, when he decided to do that, Jimin scooted to the next seat so he could somehow still be next to him and Yifan did the exact same. Somehow, even when Yoongi was trying to avoid the drama, he always ends knee deep in it anyways.

Yoongi briefly looks over to Jimin, then Yifan, and finally down at his cards. "Um..." His voice sounds confused. He kept his eyes focused on the card right in front of him, "Jimin?" Yoongi says and the boy hums in response, but Yoongi backtracks, "Ah wait, Yifan?" Then Yifan also acknowledges him.

"Ugh, wait." Yoongi sighed, "Ok, uh, Yifan, do you have any eights?" He asks and the man shakes his head, "Sorry Shortcake, go fish."

"Should've asked me, Kitten." Jimin says as Yoongi reached towards the center of the table for a new card, "Had an eight in my deck ready just for you." He said and Yoongi blushed, Yifan just sneered from the end of the table.

"Jeez, you're kinda dumb." Yifan says, but Jimin just shrugs.

Yoongi finally looked down at his new card, "Oh my gosh! Yay! It's an eight!" He yells excitedly and flipped it around to show both Yifan and Jimin. "Look! Look! I'm winning!"

Jimin gasps and starts clapping. Yifan just nods, sour about the fact that Jimin was actually not bad.

Yoongi placed down the pair of cards and sat happily, waiting for one of the two boy's to continue.

"Aw Shortcake, don't be down." Yifan pats Yoongi's back, "You know that I'm really tough go fish player." Yoongi huffs in response, he shouldn't be sad about losing a game of go fish, but he was. If anything he was just more embarrassed about the fact that he thought he was winning.

He probably sounded so fucking dumb.

Yifan scowls lightly when Jimin joins them on the sofa, "Don't worry, Yoongi-ah! I lost too." Jimin reassures him and the younger boy looks up at him for a second, greeted suddenly by his angelic smile. Yoongi blushed at the sight of that and nodded.

"I just- I probably sound so dumb..." Yoongi finally says and Jimin was quick to disagree, "No you don't." he stresses, but Yoongi still feels that he acted childishly.

Without another word, Yoongi gets up from his seat and runs to the bunks.

Jimin just watched in amusement from his spot as Yifan rushed to Yoongi's aid. He always does when Yoongi's climbing up those raggedy old steps to the top bunk. He never trusts it, the way it squeaks under Yoongi's weight, the boy was literally weightless.

It didn't make any sense.

Yifan walked back over to the table after he watched Yoongi cover himself with his blankets. It had been a half hour when Jin stepped out of the 'kitchen' with two plates of food, and Namjoon following closely behind him also holding a plate of food.

"Alright," Jin says as he places down the food, "Y'all better enjoy the food or I'll actually be mad."  He had spent a couple hours making the food with Namjoon. As much as he enjoys having the underclassman with him and away from Hoseok, he can't deny that Namjoon was a whole mess in the kitchen.

He didn't mind it though, he only found that it just adds to Namjoon's charm. Jin had never been so infatuated by someone like he is for this boy. He had never felt his stomach flutter so much around just one person.

Yifan grabbed an empty plate and started loading the plate full of the potato salad, beans, and some corn on the cob. All the things, besides the beans they had collected from their farm today.  Namjoon was giddy when he saw that people were taking the food he helped make.

"Shortcake, why don't you come down for some food?" Yifan asks from his spot, eyes focused on the blob on the second bunk. It moves so suddenly, a head emerging from underneath the blanket. He laughs to himself when he sees Yoongi's face peeking through.

Jin noticed that Jimin didn't take any food for himself yet, so he had done the boy a favor and set a plate aside for him. He had been busy writing about the cabin's process in his journal, trying to catch up since the other day when he and Yoongi ended up in Jungkook's cabin.

Namjoon takes the empty seat next Jin, eating his food with a dimpled smile.

Yoongi doesn't really say anything as he climbs down the steps, Yifan is too focused on his food at the moment to realize.

It's when Yoongi's suddenly right beside him when the older boy jumps, completely caught off guard by his Shortcake standing right there, "Y-you got down by yourself?" He asks Yoongi and no one pays any attention to their interaction.

Namjoon's too focused on paying compliments to the chef, and the chef is too busy internally crying over just how adorable this boy is.

"Yifan-ah~ I'm not a baby." Yoongi laughs and takes the fork from the center of the table. "I'm a big boy. I'm capable of doing stuff on my own." He states proudly, but then proceeds to stab his fork into the food on Yifan's plate and taking a bite.

Yoongi's eyes widen with delight as he steals more food off of Yifan's plate instead of making his own like a big boy. "Jin hyung, I don't say this a lot, but this is so good! Jimin hyung was right! You really are a great chef."

Jin winks at Yoongi and slides over more food, "Have some more, you little cutie." He says and not only is Jimin looking up at him now, but Namjoon looks to Jin who is giving his attention to Yoongi and pouts.

"I actually gave Jin hyung the recipe for that." Jimin points out, only to have Jin glare back at him.

"Well, they didn't need to know." Jin says, "I make it better."

Yoongi laughs at them, taking more of the food Jin had offered him. "Jimin hyung, y-you're also a great chef. I thought we... established that the other day?" Jimin's cheeks blush the lightest shade of pink, looking down to continue writing in his journal as Yoongi continued to eat.

Yoongi might not have noticed anything, but Yifan definitely did. He was going to get to the bottom of whatever was happening between his beloved Shortcake and Park Jimin.
