Sapphires POV
I woke up to the sound of my bedroom door creaking open causing me to jump out of bed in a fighting stance.
"WHOS THERE?" I yelled
"It's just me idiot" Jackson said smirking at me...asshole
"I really fucking hate you sometimes you know? Haven't you ever heard of knocking? What if I was naked!" I exclaimed
"I wouldn't complain." He winked
"I'm just kidding. Anyways Harm your dads waiting down stairs so hurry your ass up and get dressed and maybe take a shower because girl you smell disgusting." He said while walking out.
"Jackass" I mumbled
"I heard that!" He yelled from the staircase which I just rolled my eyes in reply.
So if anyone is wondering why my bestfriend just called me "Harm" it's short for Harmony. It was my mothers name before everyone started calling her "The moon goddess." I know that if I didn't change my name, Landon and Grayson could easily find me and try communicating with me which might I add, I would not enjoy at all.
So now people call me Alpha Harmony and to be honest it's kinda cool. I guess I need to explain the situation I'm in now after leaving my two ex's and my brother. When Jackson and I drove off, he took us down to my fathers kingdom and that's where he helped us find a nice big piece of unclaimed territory near his kingdom. I then built a big house and started taking in rogues that needed a home and now here I am, the biggest pack in the world other than my fathers of course. I have peace contracts with every other pack besides two of them which I guess you can guess who's. That's about it right now so let's get back to it.
I took my shower which I so desperately needed according to Jackson and I put on my clothes which consisted of a pair of jeans and matching a regular maroon coloured one piece so really nothing special. I got down the stairs as fast as I could trying not to make my dad wait any longer until I bumped into someone. The strong muscular chest I know too well, Luke. You see, I've had quite a emotional attachment towards Luke but obviously I prefer to not get involved in the icky love stuff.
"Sorry Alpha" he said bowing his head but after he looked back up at me laughing. We're pretty close friends and he knows that I hate it when he does that.
"Luke you know I completely hate it when you do that. Just say Harmony for fuck sakes man" I playfully slapped his arm.
"Oh calm down short stuff." He patted my head
"I'm not short!" I exclaimed swatting his hand away which he laughed at.
"You're 5'1 and I'm 6'4, you're short" he snorted
"Anyways mr meanie I have to go see my dad." I said trying to shove him out of the way.
"Awwww ok see you a bit later." He said squeezing me in a hug that made my knees weak. I would never date Luke for multiple reasons. For one, I never actually got the chance to tell Landon and Grayson that I'm rejecting them so really we still have a bond and I would feel shitty if I did anything with anyone. Even though I know they're off fucking a bunch of girls because I can feel that pain all the time but whatever and two, I'm not at all mentally stable for that yet so I hope Luke finds his mate soon or something soon.
After Luke moves I continue to run down the stairs to see my dad. Once I got down there I spotted Jackson and my dad with my pack warrior Arrow talking to each other but after they saw me they all went silent.
"Jackson and Arrow would you two gentlemen mind if I have a word with my daughter?" My dad asked
"Yes sir" they said at the same time with a head bow and walked out of the room.
"Sweetie let's go for a walk we need to talk about something." My dad said
"What's wrong?" I asked
"Just follow me out to the garden so we can have a chat please" he started walking outside with me following.
"So uh what do you wanna talk about? This sounds kinda important, did I do something wrong?" I asked getting a bit worried now.
"No hun, just I'm having a get together for my birthday and it's gonna have all of the most important Alphas and Lunas there and I need you to also come considering you're my daughter and the most important and biggest pack in the world." He said while picking up a beautiful white rose. My favourite.
"Dad I don't know why you're being so serious about this you know I love to go to your kingdom every chance I get." I said smiling at him.
"Honey I don't think you realize what the issue is." He placed the flower in my hair.
"Landon and Grayson both are two very important Alphas that I must invite or I will cause conflict between our lands." He said obviously starting to get nervous. My jaw clenched.
"I'm not going." I said and then turned around but only to be stopped by him grabbing my shoulders and turning me back around.
"Sweetie you have to go! You're the most important Alpha alive, you're my daughter and the moon goddesses daughter, the only female Lycan and the only female alpha in history. You must come it is not an option young lady." He said giving me his stern voice.
"You're mother and I would be very disappointed if you didn't come."
"Moms going? I thought she didn't make any appearances in front of anyone." I asked
"It's a very important party and you must come."
"Fine but just because of you and mom." I crossed my arms.
"Thank you sweetie, I must travel back to my kingdom now to prepare. My beta will give you the details and the date. I love you" he said placing a kiss on my forehead while walking away.
"Love you too..." I mumbled.
