Strange already took Wanda and Vision to the hospital and are in a room.
Strange says "Okay Wanda. Last one."
Wanda does what she is suppose to do and Strange puts the gel on Wanda's stomach and presses the wand on Wanda's stomach.
Strange says "As always, the baby is health. I will print out the photo."
Wanda cleans her stomach while Strange prints the photo. Strange gives the photo to Wanda and shows Vision.

Wanda gets off the table and Vision helps her and Wanda says "Well, I'm ready to go back now."
Vision says "Actually Wanda, we need to talk to you."
Wanda says "What is it?"
Strange says "It's about when you go into labor."
Wanda was confused and doesn't know what's going on.
Strange says "Follow me."
Wanda and Vision follow Strange out of the room and into a hallway. When Strange stops, Wanda looks at what is in front of her.
