Arnav arrived at the station at the right moment, just a minute before his train left, he quickly bid Shaina goodbye and headed in, he found his seat and settled down as he peeped outside and waved goodbye at Shaina once again and just then the train took off.

He sighed and relaxed all set to go back home when his eyes fell on the tiny yellow piece of cloth stuck on his watch, he pulled it out and stared at it with a huge smile.

He dint know whether it was destiny or coincidence that he met Khushi twice in a day, that too in such a big city where once you meet someone it might take you forever to find them again.

He kept on staring at the piece of cloth and for some reason he dint feel like throwing it off so he pulled out his wallet and placed it in one of the pockets not even knowing whether he was ever going to meet her again or not.

He got his phone out and started writing his short story while he was travelling so that he would be done writing it by the time he arrived back home.

Khushi and Prem arrived home at their usual time, Arjun and Rudra seemed to be at work still as none of them were home, so Prem and Khushi headed to their rooms to freshen up.

Once Khushi had freshened up, she lied down on her bed and out of nowhere Arnav's images came up in her mind, it was like her mind was replaying the moment at the mall over and over again.

The events that took place today were kind of strange, first she met him at the school and then she went shopping to the mall and the first thing she saw was an Indian dress that she tried on and decided not to change back. And then the veil of the same dress got stuck in his watch.

What would have happened if she never saw the dress? Then she would roam around the mall in her school uniform and nothing would have ever got stuck in his watch.

Her phone beeped suddenly so she brushed off the thoughts and looked at the text she had received from Suman on WhatsApp.

"Read this, it's your kind of a story." Along with the message was a link attached. She clicked on the link and it opened up an Instagram page where the short story was posted.

She decided to save the post for later and texted back Suman.

"Since when did you start reading stories?"

"I don't, this thing just popped up while I was scrolling and it looked interesting so I read it and then I remembered you are so cheesy and filmy you would definitely like it so I sent it to you."

"Idiot." she laughed as she texted back.

What was so cheesy and filmy about believing in love and wanting a fairytale which her brothers weren't going to let her have?

Her story sounded like those nineties movies where the guy and the girl would fall in love and the parents would do anything and everything to keep them away from each other, just that in this case, she was kept away from the guy even before she could meet him.

"Khushi." She heard Rudra call out her name, she quickly put her phone aside and headed out of her room. Rudra and Arjun had just come back from work.

"Come here." He said as he held his arms open for her, she smiled and rushed towards him and hugged him tight.

"I'm sorry for getting mad at you in the morning, you know I don't like getting mad at you." he said as he broke the hug and looked at her.

"Does this mean I get to talk to guys?" Khushi tried her luck

"Nope." Rudra said.

"Damn it." She stamped her feet as they all laughed together as they sat down on the sofa. Arjun picked up the veil Khushi had left on the sofa when they came back from shopping.
