As Khushi had planned with Suman, suman showed up at her house on Saturday morning to get her out, she told Rudra that they would just be at her place, watching movies and doing stuff so he was okay with it as long as boys weren't involved.
So Khushi made sure to carry everything she was going to need and then headed with Suman to her place, she was all excited for her date with Mr. Writer.
They had already decided on the restaurant where they were going to meet and what color of clothes they were going to wear so it would be easy to find each other.
"Are you sure this is safe Khushi?" Suman asked her worriedly as they walked inside her house.
"Yes Suman, he's a great guy, trust me."
"It's just scary, meeting a stranger, at least it's in a restaurant and at daytime so it would be crowded too."
"You worry too much don't you?" Khushi giggled.
For some reason, she just couldn't stop smiling today, she was so happy, she had this constant smile on her face that wasn't fading away.
"If your brothers ever found out, they would kill me, especially Prem, he would never forgive me."
"Don't worry, they won't find out, chill Suman." Khushi assured her as she sat down on Suman's bed. Her parents were at work and she was the only child so there were no siblings around either.
"Why do you think they have this kind of rule for you at the first place, I mean it doesn't make sense. We live in the twenty first century, girls and boys are friends, and they just keep you away from all boys. Why would they do that?"
"I don't know, and I've been so tired of asking them, I've given up. I don't like doing this behind their backs, but they just don't get me.
I have always believed in love and this might be my one chance of finding it, but them and their stupid rule, I feel like they don't even have a reason." She rolled her eyes making Suman laugh.
"If it wasn't serious, Prem wouldn't take it that seriously." She said.
"My brother is an idiot, he doesn't know what he's losing out on. I am sure I will find a way to convince him, and when I do, he will be here begging you to be with him."
"I wish." Suman sighed.
"Okay, I have to get ready, I need to leave in like two hours and you know I'll take forever to straighten my hair, and do my makeup, also the traffic at this time of the day, I'm sure it will take me at least half an hour to reach." Khushi stood up and started unpacking her things excitedly so she could get ready and go meet Mr. Writer.

"You don't have to get ready?" Shaina asked as she walked in Arnav's room and found him lying on the bed staring at the ceiling blankly.
"I don't know... I'm confused." Arnav shrugged.
"What do you mean confused?"
"It's just that I really like Khushi and meeting this other girl kind of feels wrong, I am just doing it hoping maybe getting to know her would help me get rid of my feelings towards Khushi which I doubt will happen. Maybe I don't even want it to happen, but she likes someone else and I have to move on." He pouted.
"You never know, she might even be better than Khushi. Look it's just one meeting, if you don't like her, you don't have to meet her again, but in case you find her interesting, think of all the possibilities." Shaina smirked.
"Wow, you are such a match maker." Arnav laughed.
"So what are you wearing?"
"I don't know, something casual maybe. A light blue jeans and white t-shirt?"
"Yeah, sounds good given it's a lunch date."
Arnav nodded as he lied down on the bed again, he wasn't that much interested in this date, all he kept on thinking about was his date with Khushi and how great it had been, he wondered if this girl he was going to meet was anything like her or anywhere near her even.
It had been like destiny was literally throwing them in each other's way but then now that she liked someone else, maybe it was all just some coincidence and not destiny.
"Come on Arnav, start getting ready. I'm more excited about this date of yours than you are. It will be great, trust me." Shaina pulled him out of the bed.
"Fine." He sighed as he walked towards the cupboard to get his clothes, meanwhile Shaina headed out leaving him to get dressed.
Once he got his clothes out, he placed them on the bed and stared at them wondering if he really as ready to meet this girl and just then his phone beeped. He picked it up from where it had been lying and saw a message from her.
"Can't wait to see you, I'm so excited."
He smiled at the text that had come with a lot of emoji's at the end, she sounded so excited about it and he dint want to ruin it for her at least, Shaina was right, he should just go, if he wasn't interested in her at all, he dint have to meet her again or anything.
"So am I"
"12.30 right? I'm sorry I'm just so excited and nervous, I want to make sure I'm on time."
"Yes, 12.30, you'll find me in a white t-shirt and a blue jean just like we decided, I'm sure you'll find me or I'll find you."
"Okay, I'll leave in a while, see you soon."
"See you." He put his phone aside and finally got dressed. When they decided to meet, they both decided to get dressed in same color outfit, it was her idea ofcourse but he dint mind it, it would make it easier to find her.
Of course they thought of exchanging numbers and just calling each other, but she said she wanted it to be a surprise, who knew if they knew each other from before and their numbers gave it away? It sounded stupid though, he lived in Shimla, she lived here, he just moved here and the only girls he knew were Shaina and Khushi and this girl wasn't really going to be either of them.
Once he was done getting dressed, he walked out of his room, grabbed a white pair of sneakers and put them on.
"Oh, you look hot. She's definitely going to like you." Shaina smirked.
"You are so excited for this, if it were possible I know you'd tag along with me." Arnav laughed.
"You bet. Now get going, it's not good to be late on your first date." Shaina pushed him out of the house. He called a cab and once it was there, he gave the driver location and he drove him there.
Now that he was actually on the way, he was feeling quite nervous, wondering how it was going to be, who this girl was going to be, what her name would be and what she might look like.

"Outdoor or indoor?" A text from the talkative girl popped up.
"Outdoor. There were few people, I figured it would be easier to recognize each other without too much of crowd."
"Great, be there in a minute."
Arnav inhaled a deep breath, this was the moment, he was finally going to meet her, the girl he had been talking to online for so long, it was quite exciting now.
He kept on looking around, trying to find a girl dressed in white and blue and then a few seconds later, he saw Khushi walk inside the restaurant, dressed in a light blue denim skirt and a white crop top and white sneakers. He was shocked. Was she the one? Was she the talkative girl or was it just another coincidence?
She looked around for a moment and then when she spotted him, her face seemed to have the same expressions as he had had, and that made him sure, she was the one.
What were the odds seriously, out of all the girls in Mumbai, she had to be the one he had been talking to, the one he was feeling all those crazy things about?
She started walking towards him and he felt like his heart was going to jump out of his chest, was this possible? or was he just dreaming?
"Arnav." She said as she stopped in front of him and continued looking at him in shock.
"You are Mr. Writer?" She asked.
"And you are the talkative girl?" He asked and then they both nodded positively.
