Yeji's perspective

Since there's no volleyball practice today, Yeji has 6th period off before the end of the school day. She couldn't help but to feel very excited for today. After all, it's not everyday the soccer star will tutor you. Who knew Ryujin is also good at math. Literally, how many more skills and traits does Ryujin have? They all add to her whole girl crush package.

Deciding to head into the library early to study a bit, Yeji starts walking. She didn't want to embarrass herself in front of her crush, like what if Ryujin decides to not be friends with Yeji anymore because she thinks Yeji's stupid?

"Oh gosh, why do I have to suck at math," Yeji thinks.

Once she opens the library door, she immediately scans for an open table. Preferably one by a window, or in a secluded corner. Don't get the wrong idea, Yeji just doesn't like causing attention. She knows about Ryujin's fan club after all, and they would get really interested and mad to see her communicating with Ryujin so openly.

Finding an empty table a little off to the side, Yeji sits down and places her math textbook on the table. As she starts to take her pencils and notebook out, she hears a couple whispers behind her, back in the bookshelves. Yeji didn't want to eavesdrop, but she couldn't help but listen to the seemingly heated conversation.

"Please, I'm sorry for what I did earlier. I swear it wasn't intentional!" A girl whisper yells.

"What you did was out of the line. How can you possibly make that unintentional?" A familiar voice replies.

"Ok, ok. I was out of the line. I understand that. But I swear it just slipped out of me. You've got to give me one more chance!"

Yeji knows she should just pretend she didn't hear anything and just continue studying. Or maybe moving tables would be a much better idea. Nevertheless, she didn't do any of that. Thinking that the voices sound familiar, she starts to get up and see if she can help.

She quietly walks by the bookshelves, not wanting to abruptly disrupt the girls. The voices get louder as Yeji gets closer.

"I've already given you many chances already. If you can't keep a promise, then I don't know what you expect from this."

Just around the corner, Yeji peeks through the shelves to see if she does know the girls. She sees a certain pink haired girl with her hands on her temple. She looks stressed, not even bothering to look at the girl she's conversing with. Ryujin? The other girl looks desperate, seemingly pleading to Ryujin. Not able to get a good look at the other girl, Yeji tiptoes and tries to get closer to the girls.

She lays her hand on the books, trying to use it as balance. Just as she gets closer, the book slide through the shelves and fall on the floor, along with Yeji, who loses her balance and falls too.

The girls immediately look to where the loud "thump!" came from. Shuffling footsteps reach Yeji, as she rubs her arms from falling hard on her behind.

As Yeji looks up she thinks, "oh... Curiosity indeed killed the cat."

In front of her stood a surprised Ryujin... and a fuming Soomin behind the pink haired girl.

"What are these two doing together? Do they know each other? Are they friends? What?" Yeji's mind went a hundred miles per second.
