"Remi! You crazy bitch," Sydney yelled while her and Bora ran towards her in the hall. "We've been waiting for ages!"

Remi checked the time on her phone, "Huh? I'm not even late. School hasn't even started."

"No, silly," Bora chirped while slapping her arm. "We're talking about yesterday!"

They both paused, "Girl, did you get any sleep last night? I don't think i've ever seen bags that bad." Bora asked.

"Huh? Oh," Remi snapped out of a trance and rubbed her eyes. "No, I just had lots of homework."

They weren't really buying it, but Remi wasn't going to drag them into her troubles too.

"Anyway," Sydney dragged the whole group to the side of the hall, "We're talking about Travis."

Remi looked up at them sparingly, "What about him? What're you guys being so pushy about?"

Sydney rolled her eyes, "You were spotted walking down the halls all cuddled up after school! Apparently you sat with him in your class too!"

"So?" Remi asked. "What's the big deal? Nothing happened."

"What do you mean nothing happened!?" Sydney combusted.

"I mean I have a boyfriend back in Australia. I didn't do anything with Travis, nor do I even think that way about him. I'm loyal to my boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?" Sydney asked. They were a little taken aback, but it didn't take long for them to get back on track. "Anyway, you must know that he's literally the hottest guy at this school! He's most sought-after by girls, he's got his own fan base of crazy ass Yandare Sasanges!"

Bora took a sip from her coffee, "And he doesn't talk to girls. Much less TOUCH them. His expectations are so high that he's never dated anyone at the school, even the popular girls. And literally every girl here is after him."

"Well i'm not after him, and i'm not dating him," she replied calmly. "He literally just walked me to my car 'cause I fell asleep in class."

"Gah! You're so lucky!" Bora was whining, "Is that really all that happened? I mean, he's clearly interested cause I saw his comment on your Insta post! He literally never speaks to girls. You're the first!"

"Maybe i'm just the first girl who's not been afraid to approach him and be myself, despite his looks. It's probably just new. I'd assume he gets treated like an idol by the girls here, and I wasn't about to act that dumb."

"But-"

"Y'all gotta chill," Remi groaned, leaning against the lockers. "We got our seats assigned next to each other and that is it."

"You're truly blessed."

Just then, Remi's phone dinged. Her mind was taken back to the day before when all that crazy stuff happened. She was nervous to open the message, but did anyway.
