Daisuke (POV) Daisuke- Move! In that instant, I grab hold of everybody and run to the nearest safe spot and take cover as the gate bursts open sending big rocks crashing into houses, buildings, and people. The sounds of people screaming for their lives before getting crushed with a sickening crunch fills the air. Armin- I-It blasted a hole. Like it was kicking rock. We break from our cover to see the first titans enter through the breach. Armin- We've got to go. Now. Then it hit me. Daisuke *mind*- Mom. Our house. It's that way towards the titans. Hikaru- Mom. Eren- My house is in that direction. Mom is all by herself. I take off first followed by Eren, Hikaru, and Mikasa. Running against the fleeing crowd we encounter death and destruction everywhere.

Daisuke *mind*- Mom's okay and out house is fine. Mom's okay and our house is fine! MOM'S OKAY AND OUR HOUSE IS FINE!!!! We round the corner to see Eren's house is totally destroyed by a boulder that landed on it.

Our house next to there's has little damage but otherwise fine. Eren- Mom!!!!!!! Eren pushes past me to get to his house. Mikasa- I'm going to go with him but we'll meet up right here. You here me? Daisuke- Yeah. I got it. She gives my hand a gentle squeeze then goes off to help Eren. Daisuke- We gotta find mom Hikaru. Hikaru- Y-Yeah. We get to our front door and I kick it open. Daisuke- Mom!! Hikaru- Mom!! No answer. Daisuke- Hikaru you look down here and I'll check upstairs. Hikaru- R-Right. I book it upstairs and check the whole floor while screaming out her name. As I go back to head downstairs I stop at a window and see her outside helping Eren and Mikasa trying to lift the roof off of Mrs. Jaeger. Mom looks a bit hurt but otherwise okay. A relief overwhelms me until I see it coming down the road with the biggest smile on it's face.

That relief gets replaced with dread. I quickly rush down the stairs and grab Hikaru and run over to help the others. Daisuke- Mom! You guys! Mom- Daisuke, Hikaru. Eren- You guys! Grab an end and lift with everything you got! Hurry damn it! We do as he says and begin to lift but this debris won't move. The footsteps of the titan draws near. Mrs. Jaeger- It's them. Eren, Mikasa, kids, Monica, you have to leave right now. Monica take the children and run! Eren- No!! I'll run when I get you on your feet! Mrs. Jaeger- Sweetie listen to me. My legs have been crushed. Even if you could get me out of here, I can't run. Daisuke- We'll carry you god damn it! Mrs. Jaeger- Do you want all of us to die? Hanes zips in on gear and lands next to us. Mrs. Jaeger- Hanes, hell Monica take the children and run. Hanes- Come on now Carla. That isn't our only option. Hey I'm a trained soldier. My skillset is killing titans and saving lives. Mrs. Jaeger- No wait! Don't do this please! He darts off to go and slay the titan but he stops dead in his tracks. He hightails it back to us and grabs Mikasa and Eren. Eren- Wait no! Put me down you bastard! Mom- Carla, I will take good care of Eren and Mikasa. Mrs. Jaeger- Thank Monica. Thank you. Mom- (sheds a tear) Come children. DH- Yes mom. We take her hand and run right behind Hanes as the titan gets to the house and Mrs. Jaeger. I turn my head ti to look back and I see the titan dig Mrs. Jaeger out of the rubble and pick her up. She struggles against the titans grip but it doesn't do shit as the titan guides her to It's mouth and bites down on Mrs. Jaeger, killing her. Her blood flies everywhere. He then swallows her and goes to look for some other unfortunate victims. We take the backstreets to avoid getting caught up in the crowd. Eren then punches Hanes in the back of his head. Hanes- Damn it stop! Eren- You son of a bitch. We could've saved her! We almost had her out! Why did you come?! Why?! Hanes- I told you to stop! He throws Eren off of him. Daisuke- Hey! I break free from my mother's grasp and I punch Hanes right in his balls. He falls to both knees while holding his nuts. He then unexpectedly headbutts me and I fall on my back. Mikasa- Daisuke! Eren! She runs over to me and checks up on me. Hanes- Look, there's nothing you could've done for. Nothing everyone here could've done for her you understand? You're just a kids. You're weak. We get back up to lay in another punch but he grabs hold of Eren's wrist while mom grabs my arm. Hanes- I'm worse. When push came to shove, I was too frightened to hold my ground. Your mother died because I'm a damn coward!
