Between Water and Snow (Tomioka Giyuu X Reader)

Aiden Haruna.

As an apology.... Have two chapters!!!

Y/N's POV.

"Who is that, sensei?"

"Do you know him?"

My students bombarded me with questions through out the whole lecture.

"I'll explain to you all later..." I say a little stressed as Giyuu looked at me uneasy.

"Ha'i." The two stopped questioning.

-Timeskip, by sleepy Zenitsu-

After I had taught my two boys, (Giyuu helped with Yukio and Sakuro's stance and posture.)
I went back to my estate, with Giyuu.

As soon as I reached the door, I bolted towards the living room and closed my eyes, falling to my knees and closing my eyes in frustration.

As Giyuu sat down next to me, he looked at me and asked,
"Are you going to explain now?"

I open my eyes and flinched a little.
"Ah!-yes... I'm sorry."

I sighed as I started to explain.

Giyuu's POV.

"His name is Haruna, Aiden Haruna."
Y/N started.

"He's the former Hellfire Hashira." She explained.

"How do you know him? I've never heard of a hellfire Hashira." I say.

"Neither have I known that the Demon Slayer Corps had one." I explain.

Y/N sighs.

"He goes on lone wolf missions."

"Then how did you meet him?" I questioned.

"He was Kayasumi-sensei's childhood friend."
"I met him once. He was asking to duel with Kayasumi-sensei."

I raised my eyebrow.

"Kayasumi-sensei is the first user and the creator of the breath of the snow."

"From what I've heard from sensei, Haruna-sensei was jealous of the breath of the snow and it's techniques and forms. He wanted to beat Kayasumi-sensei to prove that the breath he created was superior to the breath of the snow."

"And the breath he created, is know as the breath of Hellfire."

"Haruna-sensei lost, and they both parted ways."

"But before he disappeared, he gave Kayasumi-sensei this bottle and then..."

"Kayasumi-sensei passed away suddenly."

I shut my eyes and sighed.
"Then it should be obvious."

Y/N blink in confusion.

"What is?"

"Wouldn't you suspect that he would've been the one who murdered Kayasumi-sensei?" Y/N blinked.

"But- there's no way Haruna-sensei would do that!" She yelled.

"I don't know what you see in him but, if he was asking for a duel with Kayasumi, then who knows what else he has up his sleeves?" I pointed out.

"What proof do we have?" She questions. (Jeez Y/N why u so oblivious.)

"Y/N." I sighed.

"And I've Done Everything Nevertheless, spells out-"

"Aiden." Y/N finally realizes.

"It all leads back to him..."

"But why? She asks as tears started welling up her eyes.

"How could he do that to Kayasumi?
His own friend..."

"That's easy to answer." I sigh.

"He wanted power and wanted revenge." I say, connecting the things Y/N explained.

"By overthrowing Kayasumi and stopping the cycle of passing down the breath of the snow." I finished.

Y/N's POV

"What are you two doing?" -a voice, Lilian's voice shrilled throughout the estate, scaring the shit outta me.

"Nothing." I answered.

Lilian shrugged it off and the  suddenly asked me, "Where were you last night?"

"I was at Tomioka's place."
'That sounded wrong.' I thought.

Lilian raised her eyebrow as she looked over to Giyuu.

"I was taking care of her. She was injured after the mission." Giyuu interjected, yet still having a monotone voice.

Lilian shortly left and headed back towards her temporary room she was using.

I quickly looked at Giyuu, signaling him to change the subject.

"Anyways, I'll be going to the cemetery, tomorrow. I have to pay my respects to him." I say quietly.

"I might tag along too. It's been awhile since I've visited Sabito and Makomo."
