Instead of going with Scott and Stiles, Ella had stayed at the hospital. She had fallen asleep in the waiting room when her phone buzzing awoke her. "Hello?" Ella asked groggily, sitting up and groaning from her stif back. "Daniella! Listen, dad's being poisoned by bone marrow. The chimera that attacked him was half berserker and he had some kind of poison on the bone that stuck out from his arm. Tell Melissa and call me back, okay?" Ella rubbed her eyes, "Yeah, yeah okay." Ella got up and ran to the front desk, sliding her phone in her back pocket. "Melissa, he's being poisoned by bone marrow. It's crazy and odd but hey, it's Beacon Hills," Ella said, Melissa nodding then running through the double doors to find Dr. Geyer.
A few moments later, Melissa came back with the news that they were setting Noah up for surgery. Ella nodded and called Stiles, waiting for him in the waiting area. Ella let out a deep breath, rubbing her temples as tears came to her eyes. Dad's going to be okay, dad's going to be okay, dad's going to be okay. She squeezed her eyes shut, letting the tears slip down her cheeks. She jerked fearfully when a hand was placed on her shoulder, her body instantly calmed when she saw it was only Stiles. She breathed out and stood up, taking her brother into a tight hug.
Ella laid beside her father, careful of the drains, and Stiles had his head on the bed when Noah woke up. He placed a hand on Stiles's shoulder and Ella's arm. Their eyes fluttered open, the two letting out sighs of relief. "You still got me."

Daniella's eyes opened to see that she was laying down across a long bench. She furrowed her brows and sat up, a chill running down her spine. Everyone around her seemed fake. They were all different people but with the same expression: blank with a mixture of dread. She asked herself what she was doing there and if she looked that way to the other people around her, but it didn't seem like anyone was looking at anyone else. All of their gazed were either on the floor or something in front of them as if they were in a trance, this just creeped Ella out even more. The room was cold and had an eerie silence. She stood up, wanting to find out where she was. She tried to speak to someone, but they didn't even flinch when she waved her hand in their face. She snapped, waved, even blew, but nothing made the person come out of their trance. Ella sighed before standing straight and waking to the signs that hung on the walls. The words were jumbled up, making Ella think that she was dreaming. . even so, she kept searching around. Ella jumped down onto what seemed to be a train track, looking both ways with curiosity clear in her eyes as she knit her brows together.
Suddenly she heard gunshots, six of them. Now is when everyone seemed to come alive. They jumped up and ran to hide, yet Ella stood her ground, wanting to find out where she was and who was shooting guns. She saw six horses, each one with a man riding atop of it. They all had guns pointed into the air. A small gasp escaped Ella's lips before she heard her name being called. She ran through the riders and to another section of the train track, seeing a higher level with lights and a bench. Ella bit her lip and continued to run, running through some sort of force.

"Daniella. Daniella, wake up." Ella's eyes snapped open with a gasp, her body shaking wildly. "Huh, wh - what?" Ella asked, feeling around for someone to grab onto. She found Stiles's shirt, clenching it in her fists tightly. "We just - we came back in here and you were sitting up with your hands up. You looked like you were about to send us into an alternate universe," Stiles told her, holding her shaking body. "I don't know what it was – where it was. I - I saw these people on horses and they were shooting guns and everyone was paralyzed before they came along and I was on a train track? It's weird, I know, but the weirdest part is that it felt so real. Too real," Ella explained, pausing at some parts to take a breath. "Daniella, have you ever had a nightmare before?" Stiles asked, placing his hands on her arms. Ella looked at the ground before looking up and shaking her head, "N - no."

Ella sat beside Stiles in the chair beside their dad's bed, looking through his computer to try to find any information on the most recent creature attack. "Is that my laptop?" Noah asked, looking down at his children. Ella nodded and answered him without looking, "Yep." "Do you guys have my password?" Noah asked as he watched Stiles look through the incident report. "I have all your passwords. . and Ella's," Stiles answered with a shrug. Ella furrowed my brows, "How the hell did you get my passwords?" "They're all either Scott or Dave Franco," Stiles replied, not even taking a glance at his sister. "You know they just brought in another body from last night?" Stiles asked, Ella looking up at her dad. "Yeah, I was hoping you two wouldn't find out," Noah nodded and shifted in the hospital bed before trying to take the laptop away from Stiles, "Now give me my damn computer."
Stiles scooted away from him. Ella did a double-take at the screen, "Hang on, hang on. I think there's some footage missing. Or something missing in the footage." "I think there's something missing in your head, Daniella. And yours, Stiles," Noah mumbled. "Thanks pops. Hey, you need your rest," Ella said as she pointed at him with a stern look on her face then looked back at the laptop screen. Stiles clicked on the keyboard and rewinded the footage, the two watching as an enormous animal swiftly ran out of the building.

"Hey," Stiles breathed out and stopped in the doorway of Scott's bathroom. Ella followed him and frowned when she saw the nasty and black wound on Scott's chest, "Still not healing?" Scott followed her gaze and shrugged. "Sometimes it just takes a little longer," he grabbed a jumper and threw it on, "What are you doing here?" "What I can't visit my handsome boyfriend and my brother's best friend?" Ella asked, both boys giving her a 'seriously?' look, "Ah, okay, you heard about the guy who got killed out at the communication towers, right? I think I may have figured something out." Scott looked at Stiles with a raised brow, "What, you want my help?" Stiles looked up from his phone and nodded, "Yeah, well you said you can find the clues that I can't." Scott looked at Ella who nodded and gestures towards the video that Stiles played on his phone, "Here, take a look."
"This is when the technician first arrived. You see him going in? Then Deputy Clark goes in. Then something really big and really fast comes charging out. And now comes Clark. Eventually, technician's body is carried out by paramedics," Ella explained it to him as Stiles then put his phone away. Scott frowned as he looked at the twins, "Okay, what am I missing?" "Two people go in. Three come out. We checked all the footage. Not a single person enters that building before the technician the entire day. So where does that something really big and really fast come from?" Stiles asked. "There's another way in."
