Para-meta-humanism Event: Brief description of candidates of Glow occurrence at large

PREAMBLE:
I (redacted) as I live and breath attest to the following list of humans that have the ability to perform supernatural phenomena. The subjects of these findings call this phenomena the Glow in so that once these elite martial artist reach an otherwise unattainable level of mind, body, and soul oneness they manifest an aura around their entire body which causes then to literally glow yellow or red. The threat level to humanity due to said phenomena is still to be determined although I (redacted) have witnessed otherworldly phenomena that could easily pose a major threat to humanity. As for now that threat is contained. Regarding the subjects, these are the candidates of said occurrence with brief description of them, and their abilities as I have witnessed, or have been informed.

Rank2 Glow Concentration-newly discovered upper level of glow that allows user to concentrate the glow to limbs and any body part as needed. It increases strength substantially.

Rank2 Glow Concentration Plus- ascended level of concentration

Rank3 Glow2 Affinity-truly astonishing exhibition of a parapsychological event. It allows the subject to perform a similarity of characteristics suggesting a relationship, especially a resemblance in structure between animals, plants, but mainly elements. glow colors begin to vary accordingly!
