Robin arrived at Regina's 5 minutes early. He knocked on the door only to hear Regina yell "Come on in! Be down in 10!" From her balcony window. He stood within her foyer, dressed very handsome in a suit he borrowed from David, a dark navy with a dark gray tie and within his hand were a dozen red roses.

He looks up from the mirror, having fixed his tie for the millionth time that evening, to see a beautiful Regina developing down the staircase. Robins jaw dropped, she looked absolutely stunning.

She was in a cream strapless dress, hugging her tightly coming to a flare at her hips, stopping at her knees. There were cream rose like pieces covering her short gown, with a navy satin ribbon tied in a bow around her waist. The outfit completed with a stand of pearls at her neck and navy stilettos bring her perfectly to Robins height. Her hair had been brought up in a curly, messy low bun with perfectly curled strands around her face, which held her light pink stained lips. The look was completely different than anything Robin had ever seen on her, but he had to admit it was the most amazing.
"
So, what do you think?" Robin just stared, unable to answer. Finally he gave her the answer she was looking for with a passionate kiss, trying hard not to ruin her lipstick.

"There were no words that fit. That was all that came to mind..." Robin whispered as Regina and him pulled apart. "Let's go, I know you're going to want to see what I've had planned."

Regina looked at him with confusion.
"How long have you had this planned?"

"You'll see my dear. Now I need a favor. In order to save you some walking in those incredible heals, would you do that thing where you make us appear at the lake?" Regina continued her staring, but happily obliged.

Within moments Robin found himself starring into his soulmates eyes, only slightly seeing the purple smoke surround them, just as quickly dropping down showing their new surroundings at lake.

Regina sees Robin smirk, and turns to see what he's looking at only to find a candle lit table, surrounded with magic floating candles. There was a floor for dancing and romantic music in the background. It was absolutely everything she could ever have wanted.
Turning back to Robin she begins to speak but is cut off before she can ever get the words out.

"I asked Emma to help me with the lighting, I mean sunsets amazing but it only lasts so long and I needed you to have everything perfect for this particular moment."

With that Regina finds tears forming in her eyes as Robin drops down to one knee. He digs in his coat pocket, pulling out a black box which inside holds a ring.

"Regina Mills, from the moment I met you I've felt this pull towards you, like fate is pushing us together. I kept telling myself it was crazy, that a woman as spectacular as you could never love a thief. I thank God everyday for how wrong I was. The night you kissed me in the forest it was only the beginning, but I knew you already owned my heart, and always would. There's not a souls out there as crazy and beautiful as yours. Those that see Evil within it, they're crazy. Bold and audacious perhaps, but not Evil." Robin then noticed the tears on her cheeks, and stood to wipe them away.

"I love you. I love the way you play around with my son. I love the way you smile, even if most never see it. I love the way you always feel the need to impress me when I already see you as the most beautiful person alive. I love the way you look into my eyes with all the passion you have. I love you, every part of you, even the parts I don't like I love, and there aren't many of those. I love you Regina Mills."

Robin opened the box revealing her ring. It had a round, 2 carrot diamond in the center with smaller red jewels on either side. It was the most amazing ring Regina had ever seen.

"I know it's not much compared to the jewels you owned back in the Enchanted Forest but I saw it and immediately found it perfect. Would you make me the luckiest man alive and be my wife?"
