Today I would've been in school. For three weeks this will continue. However, now they're saying it could be 8 weeks. A whole month? What about graduation? What about the last semester? What about making up that time? Will the rules get stricter and stricter as time goes on? I mean they already started closing stores and restaurants at 3pm. What about work? The economy for a whole state, let alone a country, cant just stop!
On top of all of that, we now have the same death rate as Italy! More and more people keep dying each day. More and more cases are happening each day. And each day there is a new issue! Hell, even the religious folk think this is fine! That Jesus is going to return and save us! Then my state alone has 53 cases just this morning. It's so tiring. So... threateningly terrifying.
Besides that nonsense, my schedule worked out perfectly. The walls are done, everything is put back to normal. I can finally relax in my room for now. Sadly, we'll have to wait to do the black. But, on the bright side of things I dont mind the complete white look for now.
I went to get a hair cut today at the local salon; they were talking about the virus too. So, I pitched in my thoughts here and there. One lady compared this to the Y2K, which during the start of 2000 people were worried that the computers would glitch. It was a big deal that turned out to be nothing. I'm hoping the same will happen with this.
My family had a nice home made dinner; pork, corn, and potatoes. It was delicious! It was also nice to sit down with the family and talk; dad had just got home. We all talked for about half an hour while we ate our food. After that we took care of dinner and went back to our rooms.
Tomorrow is completely clean for me. No work, no painting, no chores! I am going to relax as much as I can. As for tonight, this is all I have to write. Day 3 is over. Good night.
