I know I said I would post once a week, but that was a good joke... welp. I officially have my Avalance AU up and running on instagram @caitymacallan, so if you want more to read, go give it a chance! It's a college AU about Sara thinking she is straight... until she meets Ava! I am very happy of the work I've been putting into it, so it would be awesome if y'all supported me there too!

Anyways this will probably be the last installment of the 5 Minutes shot (edit: it's not), but once again, i am typing this on my phone at 1 am, so i really don't know what will happen. Word count is posted below and i hope you enjoy!

Ava and Sara finally pulled into the director's driveway after too much traffic and city light. There were no clouds in the darkening sky, and the sun had just dipped past the tree line. The two women stared into the view for a moment or two before pulling the groceries out of the vehicle and climbing the stairs up to the apartment door.

"Ok, so. Cooking 101. Where do we start?" Sara questioned as the bags were set down on the kitchen counter.

"Well, recipes do come with instructions, so I would start there." Ava smiled and handed the shorter blonde her phone. She then walked around to Sara's side of the counter and wrapped her arms around the legend's waist while she read the steps to make a chicken quesadilla.

"Ok so step 1 says to take your chicken breast and cut it into small pieces." Sara looked at Ava. Ava looked back at Sara.

"A cutting board and knife, babe."

"Right."

"I'll get the chicken."

They both set off on their tasks. Thankfully, Ava didn't have to show Sara how her kitchen was organized, but the panic set in when it was time to dice the chicken breast.

"Babe, why are you looking at me like that? Am i supposed to start cutting the chicken on the other side or something?" Sara looked up from her second cut into the meat.

"Well you would think a trained assassin knows how to use a kitchen knife, but I guess not considering how many times you could have cut your finger off." Ava playfully mocked.

"Wha- I know how to use a knife!" She scoffed.

"So do I, and you're making me outrageously nervous."

"Ok fine." She giggled. "Just get over here and show me what to do." It was barely noticeable, but Sara smiled. She enjoyed spending time with Ava. The taller blonde sighed, walking up behind the shorter blonde. Her body pressed into the Canary as she moved her arm on top of Sara's, adjusting the captain's grip on the blade and chicken.

"You moved my fingers one centimeter."

"Yeah, I did, and now I feel reassured. Plus, you don't have to worry. Your fingers will be moving a lot more tonight."

Sara's eyes widened and Ava smirked, pressing a kiss onto the Captain's flushed cheek before returning to the recipe on the other side of the kitchen.

Five minutes later, the two women had all the ingredients prepared for the quesadillas and the stove was ready to be turned on.

LMAOOOOOO Ight I guess y'all gonna be waiting for a part 4 then 😂. Anyways, I also have a new Avalance story up so please go check that out! Much love and catch y'all later! <3
