Chapter 15 - Chained up

Demetry's POV

I woke up with a headache, I looked around and I couldn't see anything. I was surrounded by darkness, I tried moving and I felt something cold around my ankle. I was chained up. I started panicking, I didn't know where I was or how I got here. I don't remember anything. My head started throbbing, I touched it and it stung, it was wet... blood. Someone hit me, hard.

I moved around accessing the rest of my body, it seemed like I was just hurt in the head. Why would someone kidnap me? Oh no, Lexi. Were they using me to get to Lexi? My head sunk, what did they want with her? Who were they? I swear if they hurt her I will find a way to kill them.

I didn't know how long I was kept in the dark, someone opened a door and it led to a staircase that led to where I was being kept. A man came down, he had a mask on and I couldn't see who it was. "I see you're awake," the man stated. All I wanted to do it spit in his face. "What do you want?" I asked with as much vile as possible.

He kicked me in the face. "I'm the one asking questions not you!" he yelled in my face. I spat the blood from my mouth in his face. He looked really mad, good. "What is the password to your phone?!" he yelled again. I refused to tell him anything, I would do anything to keep him away from my love.

Silence wasn't the answer he wanted and he kicked and hit me to make me speak. He hit me in the face till I was bloody and he kicked me in my stomach till the point where I felt like crying but I wouldn't. I'd stay strong for her for as long as she needed me to be. I refused to give him the password to my phone not because of what he'd do but because of what Lexi would do.

He left me down there without water or food for a few hours. My stomach hurt too much to eat food and my face was so swollen I doubted that I would be able to drink any water. I started feeling weaker and weaker. I fell asleep on the cold floor. When he noticed that I was asleep he threw me with ice-cold water.

"I have someone that can help me crack your phone, you can't do anything to save your precious girlfriend," he said smiling and walking away. I wanted to wipe that smug smile off his face with my fist. "ASSHOLE!" I yelled up at him as he walked away. He turned around and his smile grew wider before he turned around and walked away.

Just wait if I weren't chained up I would have killed his smug ass. I was going to make him regret this. Just threatening my Lexi is the equivalent of a death sentence.
