"The school is placing extra protection to ensure the security of our students. We have no idea why the trolls decided to attack the school.... or how they even managed to get in, but rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to find out."

"So basically they know shite." Abby rolls her eyes, absentmindedly stroking the huge scar on her arm.
She, Claude and Chris had gotten stuck with three trolls in one of the smaller hallways. They were protecting a couple first years. She'd also skipped Astronomy that day because she had a fever.
Apparently, the troll had shoved her into a pillar, where one of the metal rods had impaled her. She'd barely made it out alive. They were saved by the troll thumping over in a dead faint because of Albus's spell.
The cut had been so deep, Madam Strout couldn't heal her completely. She was left with a scar.
"Abs. They are probably trying their best." I whisper, and she gets angrier.
"Their best isn't enough! We are all students here! We should've been protected here! Instead, we all had to fight for our lives. Not to mention the attack on the Astronomy tower was just pathetic. There were six fully grown trolls blocking every exit with only one highly capable professor. UTTER BULLSHITE!" She rages.
Well, she wasn't wrong.
Hogwarts was supposed to have magical barriers, stopping threats like this from occurring. So what the hell happened last night?
I rummage through my bag, and my heart stops when I see something that wasn't there before.
