I woke up at 1pm. The smell of turkey had spread across the house, making a smile pop up on my face.
I've always liked thanksgiving. We're doing it as American as we can, considering we're a Hispanic family.
I walked downstairs seeing both my mom and dad in the kitchen. "Buenos dias a mis padres" I said walking up to them, swinging my arms around their shoulders so I was in the middle.
"It smells lovelyyyy" I exclaimed as I felt myself getting hungry.
"Gracias mi amor" Paps said before I walked off into the living room, where both Ale and Emiliano were placed. They were watching some kids programme.
"Morning my brothers" They both looked at me before smiling and wishing me a good morning too. I sat down in the couch between them, watching what ever it was they were.
After an hour I decided getting up and going to my room. I took a shower before doing my hair. I didn't straighten it as I usually would, but I had to control the curls a little.
I decided starting a live as I began to do my makeup.

I talked with them for a while, answering all bits of questions and just joking around. I was in a really good mood today.
I finished my makeup. I kept it natural, a light eyeshadow that would match my dress.
"Guys I'm gonna go change real quick and then I want you're opinion on my dress, alright?"
I quickly grabbed the dress and got into the bathroom to change.
I amdmired my self in the mirror, I truly looked good.

I checked the clock real quick and saw that it was 4.30, so I finished the live off and went downstairs.
Kairis family were the first to arrive.
"Omg Mel you look so beautiful" Kairi said as he walked up to me and hugged me.
"You don't look that bad yourself" I complimented him.
I greeted his parents before jumping in happiness towards his little sister.
"Maiyaaaa" I exclaimed as I threw my arms around her. "Omg it's been so long"
She made her cute little laugh. "It's because you guys never hang out at our house anymore"
