25: narrative

After we got home from socialbash last week nothing much had really happened.

Thanksgiving were approaching this Thursday, and surprisingly Kairi, Mattia, Ale and I had gotten our family's to spend it together.
But I mean, we were kinda like one big family.

Today was Wednesday and school had just finished up for the rest of the week, since tomorrow was the thanksgiving break.

I packed my stuff before meeting up with Alejandro and drove home.
Our mom was of course in the kitchen already stressing about the meal for tomorrow.

"Mamá, no te estreses" I said as I quickly walked up and hugged her from behind.

"No Mija, everything's gotta be perfect" she hissed at me before returning her attention to the pots and pans on the stove.

"It will be" Ale chimed in before we both walked upstairs.
Just before I walked into my own room and turned around and asked him; "when are the others coming tomorrow?"

"At like 4 or 5"

"Lovelyyyy, time for sleeping in!" I exclaimed as I walked to my room.
I touched up on my makeup before quickly grabbing my wallet and the going downstairs again.
"I'm headed to the mall, to buying a dress for tomorrow" I announced as I walked into the kitchen.

"You wanna come?" I asked my mom, who was still standing at the stove.

"Mija, I'm busy" she gave me a soft look before kissing my forehead.

"Alright then, I'll be taking your car" I said as I walked out the door.

I turned the music before starting to sing along.
"TAKE MY AWAYYYYY
A SECRET PLACE
A SWEET ESCAPEEEE"

I jammed out as I drove by a Starbucks, just to get a small frappe.

"I got a pocket, got a pocket full of sunshine" I sang as I rolled into the parking lot of the mall.

I headed to the store where I bought the dress I had worn at CC Dinner.
I looked for what felt like forever, having loads of options. I ended up choosing a light rosa coloured satin dress. It weren't to flashy, which probably were good for a family dinner.
But it were fancy enough, since the Rosarios always had been very into dressing up for holidays like this.

I bough it as soon as I had tried it on and headed home again.
I filmed a video for my YouTube, addressing all the drama that had messed with my mind lately.

"I'm really grateful for all the love and how concerned some of you have been" I said smiling at the camera.

"I hope this answered you're questions. Have a great thanks giving, and know that I'm thankful for everyone of youuu" I said as I finished up the video.

I quickly took all my makeup off before I started editing, posting it afterwards.

I decided FaceTiming Mattia since I was bored.

"Hi Mamas" he said as he picked up. He were playing some game, so not very focused on me.

"Hiii" I said as I started cleaning up my room.
"What are we gonna do tomorrow?" I asked him after a few minutes of silence.

"What do you mean?" He finally looked away from the screen to look at me.

"Like with our parents around?"

"Oh" he looked down for a bit. "I mean, we could just tell them"

"Tell them what? That we kinda fuck around from time to time, but it's nothing official?"

"We're not fucking around... yet" a smirk grew on his face.
I slapped him virtually, before answering;
"You know what I meant"

"Let's just keep it on the low, if that's alright?" He asked, this time being more serious.

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah, that's probably the best"

We talked the whole night before I eventually were tired and went to sleep.
