"Daddy!" Ansaek runs up to me as I close the door.

"Hey, buddy." I pick him up and kiss his forehead.

He giggles happily, hugging me. I carry him to the living room where Jisung was surrounded by books and papers, his laptop by him. He looks up at me.

"Hey, Babe." He smiles.

"Wow." I nod at the mess.

"I know. I'm a mess." He starts picking his papers up.

"No, it's fine. Come here." I lean over the back of the couch and peck his lips.

"How was work?" He asks.

"It was fine. I got a lot done. I have a meeting tomorrow morning, so I might not be there when you wake up, okay?" I ruffle his messy hair.

He nods. "That's alright." He smiles.

"How was class?"

"Well... it's fine, I guess. There's new stuff to memorize and I might need your help studying tonight." He looks down. "I know it's not your favorite thing to do. But, please?"

"Sure. Of course, I'll help." I put Ansaek down and go to change my clothes.

"Daddy, did you know a duck eats other ducks when it gets too bored?" Ansaek asks, trailing after me.

I look at him. "Why do you know that?"  I ask.

He shrugs. "I don't know." He hugs my leg.

"Weirdo. How was your day? What did you do?" I ask, taking off my white button up and putting a simple black sweatshirt on.

"It was good. Baba didn't play with me today, though." He sighs.

"Why not?"

"He has school." He pouts.

"That's okay, right? I'm here now and we can play together." I change my slacks to some sweatpants.

He nods. "Yeah! We play!" He giggles.

I pick him up and take him to the living room. "Baba, I heard you didn't play with Blue." I say.

Jisung nods. "Yeah, I'm crammed." He sighs, adjusting the glasses on his face. "Maybe tomorrow will be better." He scribbles down on his notebook, taking more notes.

I hold Ansaek above me, then make us crash on the other couch. He giggles. I tickle his sides, pinning him down so he can't escape me.

"I got you!" I smile.

"Daddy!" He squeals.

He squirms around, somehow breaking loose and slicing my arms off with his sword. I fall to the floor and fake cry.

"No, don't kill me!" I beg.

"Too bad, Villain." He chops my head off.

I stick out my tongue and close my eyes. He raises his hands in victory. Jisung claps for him and cheers.

"Yeah, Blue! You did it!" He says excitedly, coming over from his piles of books.

Jisung grabs him and tickles him. Ansaek wiggles around, laughing.

"Did you know, I'm a spy?" Jisung continues to make him giggle.

"You! You betrayed the kingdom!" Ansaek grabs his sword and cuts Jisung in half.

"Oh!" He falls next to me.

He claps and giggles. "I'm the king!"

I sit up and tackle Jisung, Ansaek jumping on top of us. I grab his sides, tickling him. Jisung knees my side, laughing with his head thrown back. I smile at his attempts to get away, since he's not nearly as small and wiggly as Ansaek.

"Baba! I'll save you!" Ansaek jumps on me.

I fall back on the boy, trapping him under my shoulder. Jisung gets up and grabs Ansaek, running away to his room. I quickly follow. I trap the pair in the room.

It was decorated in all kinds of things. The blue walls were scribbled on by all three of us, his bed was a mess, and there was a spilled box of blocks in the corner. Jisung hid behind Ansaek while I shot the boy several times, killing him instantly.

But, as it turns out, he's a robot so bullets deflect off of him. I lift up his shirt as he was still being used as a shield and press his belly button, which was the self destruct button on him. He explodes, killing all of us again.

"Is it time for dinner?" I ask, checking my watch.

"What time is it?" Jisung asks.

"Almost seven." I answer.

"Oh, yeah. Get ready, Blue. I'm making your favorite!" He kisses Ansaek's cheek.

"Tacos?!"

"Tacos!"

"Yay!!" Ansaek cheers.
