I wake up to Jisung on his laptop, typing away. I squint my eyes at the bright screen. He sips a drink and continues pressing keys on his computer.

"What's that?" I ask quietly.

"Resumé." He answers, before looking at me. "Why are you awake?" He asks.

"Why are you awake?" I prop myself up on my elbows and rub my face.

"I'm writing my resumé...?" He shrugs.

I check my phone, seeing the time was 1:28 AM and there was no reason for either of us to be awake. He fixes the glasses on his face, refocusing on his screen.

"You're gonna hurt your eyes." I say while trying to close the computer.

He holds it open. "No, I got this. I'm halfway done."

"Why can't you do this in the morning?" I complain.

"It is morning." He shrugs again.

"Sleep with me." I pout and lay my head on his chest.

He shakes his head. "I'm not tired." He refuses.

"It wasn't a question." I try to close his laptop again.

He holds it open. "It's already morning. I'm wide awake. I'm almost done with it. Now, you go to sleep." He moves my hands from his computer.

I sit up and glare at him. He ignores me and goes back to working. I huff at him. He looks up at me.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Let me lay awake for hours until the sun comes back up." He says mockingly.

"Shut the fuck up, okay? You need sleep." I rub my eyes.

He shakes his head. "Since when? I can hardly remember the last time I slept through the night peacefully. Let me finish this, and I'll try to go to sleep."

"Fine." I turn away from him and pull the covers away from him so I can be warm.

He sets his laptop on his nightstand and pulls the covers back, then continues working. I stay awake until he's done.

"Hyunjin?" He whispers. "Are you sleeping?"

I don't answer. I pretend like I'm asleep. He doesn't suspect anything, so he holds my hand. He sniffles.

"I'm scared, Babe. I know you want another kid, but... I'm terrified. I'm sorry... I just... I'm sorry. I don't know if I could look at a child and see it the same way I saw Blue. I know how much it means to you to have a family. And I don't know if I have it in me to do that soon. Just... wait for me, okay?" He asks. "Goodnight." He sighs.

I turn to lay on my back, pull him to lay his head on my chest, and pet his hair. "I'll wait for you." I whisper.

He nods and hugs my waist. I kiss his forehead. He sighs.

I wake up, seeing Jisung isn't on me and his side of the bed was empty. I sit up and rub my eyes. He peeks into the bedroom from the bathroom with wet hair and naked.

"You showered last night." I groan.

"I took a bath and relaxed." He shrugs.

He comes in, showing off his body. I smile at the sight. He's so beautiful. I watch him steal a hoodie from my side of the closet and put it on, letting it fall down to his thighs. He slips on some blue cotton panties, then fishnet leggings, and a pair of black ankle socks. He comes over to me, giving me a peck on my lips.

"Good morning, Honey." I pull him onto my lap.

"Good morning, Babe." He hugs me.

"What's the fishnets for? You tryna get some?" I tease.

"Nah, they're just comfy." He shakes his head. "Unless you want to, I mean, I guess."
